    ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I dont know how this company is still running with how bad they communicate or dont communicate. I was told I would get my couch the 21st of Jan. *** both an email and text message to confirm the date on the 16th of Jan. I confirmed it and they sent a confirmation message back. The 20th at 4pm they call me saying yay you can get your couch the 29th I told them I already confirmed the 21st and you were the one who called saying it would be delivered the 21st. Apparently she remembered calling but forgot she said a date. So she tells us to call customer service. They were no help, basically said it will come the 29th and youll have a confirmation by the 25th. Never got anything, I called the 27th and they said it was already confirmed for the 29th even though I never did and no one reached out. They also said the reason behind this delivery being late was because a plane crashed into one of the stores. Now yes I know that it is true and a tragedy but that happened Jan 3rd and it that was the case with my couch then it would have stopped all if not most deliveries and should have been notified. Not say nothing and schedule my delivery after that. Either way they said a manager would call me the 29th after it was delivered for compensation. I waited til the 3rd before I called them and they said the best they could do is give me $75 store credit. Ill never shop at mor again, why would I ever want store credit from such a horrible business? Bottom line is all of this could have been avoided if people just communicated. I understand things happen but you have to communicate with your customer. I do not recommend this company.

    My wife and I were going to go yo Mor Furniture on 1/20/2025 to buy a sofa. I tried to call ahead to ask a question and couldn't talk to anyone at the store or the customer service as they were closed. I started a text and got someone to ask what we were looking for. I told them and they asked what our zip code was and I told them. Then all the sudden they stopped conversing via text with me. Based on the reviews and the fact that we can't talk to someone on a Saturday we will go to ******** and spend our $1200. They answer the phone.

    If I could leave zero stars, I would. Our furniture was set to be delivered on November 21st, confirmed day of and had our old furniture donated that day to make room for the delivery. At the end of the day, we were cancelled stating that the driver has hit his limitation on driving hours for the day We were rescheduled for the 26th between 4-7pm and learned last night that they were planning to come between 9am-1pm. We could not be home on such short notice so we tried with HQ to get them to stick with their evening delivery.After no success, we went to the store for a refund as we have our family visiting from *********** for their first time ever and need furniture for thanksgiving. When I expressed to **** that I was upset that they would be welcomed in, with no furniture to sit on, he said he knew how we felt because he is Mexican, that the all have slept on floors and they have it worse than I knowWhat an insulting way to handle a customer experience and take an absolute lack of accountability.

    The worst furniture buying experience ever. It has been over a month and we are still waiting for our furniture. It started with unethical sales person who told us everything was in stock and we will get the furniture in a week. Then an entire month of dealing with the Mor delivery service and them rescheduling every time the deliver date came. Just to be rescheduled a week later each time. In reality, they do not have the furniture in stock and will not be available till March. We found this out the hard way...Be careful when dealing with this company. We talked to headquarter and the store manager, the ** was always "unavailable" and nobody in the company seems to care or able to help. Only thing we were able to do after a month is get our money back. They will sell you something especially right now for Black Friday and will give you the run around when they can deliver. Not a single person in the entire process was helpful nor understanding. It is sell now, deal with customer complaints later attitude across the entire company all the way up to their HQ. Very disappointing and frankly unethical sales practice they are intentionaly promoting. This is not just a metter of having bad customer service, but an unethical sales practice where Mor is misleading the consumer. Something that BBB should look into and especially the store in **********,**. I can provide additional details and have record of my interaction with Mor if required by BBB.

    Was supposed to have furniture delivered today. The salesman gave me today's date as the delivery date. I received a text message two days ago to confirm delivery for today's date. I confirmed it and received a confirmation text confirming that I confirmed today's date. Today, nobody came. I called the store and multiple numbers, none of the numbers go through, they all say they're only open Monday-Friday (It's Saturday). I went into the customer portal, and now my order says it will be delivered in three days. The delivery was confirmed for today and at no point did I get notice that the delivery date would change. When I do speak to someone, I will be requesting a refund of the delivery fee, since it wasn't delivered on the confirmed delivery date. If they can't do that, I'm just going to cancel the whole order.

    Worst customer service ever! I just purchased a recliner from them on Saturday and it was delivered today! Unfortunately the delivery driver damaged the pillow on the arm of the recliner! My husband was told to call the Mor number and they would take care of it! What a joke! I was told they could order the zipper from the manufacturer! I told them I wanted it replaced since their employee damaged it! I was then told it would be over a week to replace and that it couldnt have any stains or pet hair on it or they would not exchange it! I have pets and grand kids ! So trying to keep a chair pristine for a week is going to be hard. They totally made me feel like I was the problem! All I was asking for was the product I bought but without the damage! Needless to say I will never buy anything from Mor Furniture again! I would leave 0 stars but it wont let me!

    Purchased ******* loveseat and extended warranty and was promised delivery date of 10/22/24, when I went on **** website it does not even show the purchase, tried calling customer service during hours posted and recording says closed

    I bought a bedroom set and the workmanship is horrible. I have bought furniture from them 18 years ago was great no issues so I trusted them got busy with life events and end up seeing the damages on the them later which was two days later than the time frame. The time frame was 7 days. They decided to give me another set so I exchanged it with a different one and that one was messed up too uneven workmanship and a lot of scratches. They still refused to return my money in which it cost me over $2000 dollars. They send a third one and stated that they will not replace it again and a lot of scratches again. There was nothing else for me to choose and ended up getting only $300 dollars back as a credit so lost my money because I am not sure what to do with these furniture. I hope no one else falls for this and I will never go back again.

With claims of damage or issues with the furniture, we offer customers the opportunity to exchange the defective items with a new one in the same collection or service to repair the problems. We reviewed the account and saw you were offered 2 reselections for a different bedroom set of your choice with credit from the returning items. The reselection was offered due to issues raised in our calls about quality. By accepting the reselections, unfortunately, it became a warranty issue and is no longer eligible for return/refund. For the second reselection, the same items were requested for replacement and arrived with some damage. You were offered and accepted a credit of $300.31 to keep some of the items as is. Although we cannot provide a return for a refund due to the accepted credit, we can assist with the other items within your manufacturer warranty period through services. Certainly, we will utilize your feedback to make improvements and adjustments in the future to ensure all customers have a pleasurable transaction with us.

    My wife and I settled on a sofa for $999.99 during a 4th of July sale. The billing was ODD. Salesman ************************* had added an extended warranty for $149.99 without our acknowledge or consent. I mentioned that we did not choose an extended warranty. ****************** explained that the removal of the extended warranty will increase the cost of the sofa by $149.99. I asked why there is an odd need for an extended warranty charge to keep the sales price of $999.99 so that the net effect is that the sofa is not really on sale for $999.99. I bought back the sofas sale sign. ****************** explained that the sales price is for a left side footrest section, not for a right footrest section, and he needs to raise the price by $149.99 to cover a right side footrest section and, if he removes the extended warranty charge of $149.99, he will need to raise the sales price by $149.99. That explanation is understandable, different sided footrest sections may be priced differently. However, ****************** newer explanation still incorporates an extended warranty charge of $149.99 or, leaving the extended warranty out, a sales price increase of $149.99. Since my wife wants the sofa, I signed the contract. At home, thinking about the odd transaction, I called the store, was routed to a customer service call center, and requested an order CANCELLATION. The service representative (rep) stated that she has canceled the order. I requested an emailed cancellation confirmation. The rep stated that she will immediately email a cancellation confirmation. After 47 minutes, there is no email. I phoned again and explained that a first rep has not emailed a cancellation confirmation. This second rep explained that the first rep DID NOT CANCEL the order but only forwarded a message to salesman *******. Again, I directly requested an order cancellation. This second rep sincerely apologized, complied, and emailed a cancellation confirmation.

Protection plans are an optional 4-year plan we offer customers if they experience accidental damage during the first 4 years of owning the sofa. This is sometimes referred to as an extended warranty, but it does not cover issues the way your manufacturers warranty does. It is still an option that you do not have to agree to add. We also apologize for the actions taken by the first representative. Our customer service representatives only ask the salesperson to help cancel the order if something is preventing them from committing the cancellation. Despite this, they should have communicated to you that they were not able to cancel it while you called in.
