      On 3/8/2024 I offered to sell a Fleet Feet Sports gift card to Gift Cards Xchange at their on-line site (***********************************). The card had a balance of $200 ** and they offered $100 US. I accepted and my transaction was given # ****. The card was presumably sold by them because it was redeemed on 3/17/2024 and the balance was $0 on that date. I submitted 2 inquiries via their chat function on 3/21 and 3/28 about getting payment and have had no reply. Every time I go to the site their chat function indicates that it is not attended. Because the card was sold and redeemed, I am owed $100 US, which I had requested via check as the preferred payment method. If necessary, please contact me via e-mail. I do not currently have a telephone number. The number given ************ was my previous number.

      I went through a website, giftcardxchange.com. it was only $10, but still, they claim to have the fastest payout for unwanted gift cards. I sold them a $10 one from ******* on 2/7/2024 and It was approved 3 days later, which was already 3 days later than they had promised on the website, which promises instant payout. Anyway, I had given them my Bitcoin and zelle address and it was supposed to go through, it never did. I tried to reach them and I have gotten absolutely no response. Their chat is available to send messages, but no one responds back. I've left many messages. There's no way to reach anybody, no phone number or email, and they wiped my gift card. The main reason I'm reporting them is because I can only imagine that they have done this to other people with much higher losses and companies like this,I believe, need to be shut down immediately.       I have submitted 8 gift cards between September and December last year with no payment still. I have contacted them via email and chat multiple times with only one response shortly after Christmas. Nothing since. The money has been taken from many of the cards.The amount is under 100$ .

      On oct 19th 2023 I sent in a **************gift card value of ***** to receive a ***** dollar payout in exchange.to be payed to me by ach deposit they have that information to be able to satisfy the request they stated processing time of 72 hours and 1 to 3 days deposit time as of 11/5 ******************************************************************* iwantmy ***** this website seems to be a total scam. On oct 20th 2023 the card balance was .00 dollars they took the ***** they do not answer any e- mails and the phone number for this site listed here and on the web is disconnected website is a fake site do not send any cards to this website I sent e- mails to different addresses no response

      i listed a gift card for sale in april, and was told the gift card will take much longer to get approved because it not a popular brand, throughout april no response, fast forward to three days ago i was trying to use the card myself, i realized my card has been used, i login to contact them, the admin reply with we are sorry for not informing you, and i should provide my payment method, within a few hours, the order shows pending for payment, and adding an invoice for payment to the card, but till this moment they`ve stopped replying my text and i did not got paid..please do not deal with this website, i got in here and see nothing but negative review about the website,

      7:30 AM 07/27/2023- accepted offer. 11:07 PM GCX took the balance from the gift card. According to GCX once they verify the gift card customers are paid in 15 minutes and if you accept Apple Pay the transfer is instant. As of 9pm on n 07/30/2023 I have not been paid and none of my messages are being returned.

      on 5/7/2023 I sold a $25 and a $100 ****** gift cards for $62.50 to be paid out via cashapp. it's almost 3 months and the gift cards balances are now $0 shown in pictures and I still have not received any payment and the phone number they have doesn't work and I have sent over 20 emails and I still haven't received any reply. I feel like I need to take some type of legal action because I could have used the gifts cards myself instead to be scammed my gift cards xchange

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.       I sold 2 ***** ******* Gift cards for ***** a piece they took the money off my gift cards and never paid me it's been two weeks and they won't even reply to my emails or even answer me I want my money or my gift cards back it's not fair **

      I attempted to sell an unwanted gift card to this business the card was from ****** in the amount of $98.22 they took all the funds off the card and rejected paying me.

      They stole $100 best buy gift card from me. I provided all info asked for, including the card ******* #. They stated payment within 24 hours. The card balance was $0 after only 20 min, so they obviously spent the funds on the card. Yet 3 weeks later, the status of my payment is still "processing". **************** chat never responds & phone number is fake.
