I signed up for a founders membership in November 2022 which requires a 3 month commitment. I was billed in November (for November), December (for December) and January (for ******** fulfilling my 3 month commitment and having my membership end on February 1st. I attempted to cancel my membership in person at the beginning of January and was told I would need to fill out a form that they would email to me. I did not receive the form and a week later had to again go into the store to request the form be emailed to me, 3 days later it was. I completed the form immediately, returned it and received a conformation of the cancellation on January 18th. On February 1st I was billed for the month at a higher rate than the founders membership even though I cancelled. After attempting to resolve the situation in person, email, call and text I am unable to do so. The store states they require 30 days notice to cancel, but will not prorate the membership amount. This means to not be charged an additional month I would have to cancel on the last day of the month, requiring the instore team to do what they are supposed to immediately, fill out a form and have it received all in one day to avoid paying for a month I do not want. If it goes on to the 2nd of the month then customers will be paying for the fourth month they don't want and a 5th month due to poor policy and procedure on this companies part.Business response
