              I have been paying on a PS5 from Layaway 24/7 for months and I made my final payment on 12/16/2021 and haven't received it. I've called the customer service number and emailed to no avail. I would like my PS5 or a refund. They could contact me and let me know something instead of doing this disappearing act. I paid a total of $649 dollars. Can I get a resolution to this problem?

              I ordered an iPhone through these people and paid over $1,000. My account was paid off at the end of November. I received a notification in my email stating that my account was paid off and that my order would not ship until 12/29. I have been in contact with customer service on a weekly basis regarding the shipment. Finally they told me that apple is shipping them a big order the second week of January. Well here we are the second week of January and I have no phone. I contact customer service again and they stated that they have been getting orders from Apple since September which is contradictory to what I was told. Now I'm being told that processing my refund is going to take one to two weeks. They are nothing but a scam.
