    I was in a car accident on September 11, 2023. I was not at fault for the accident. The other person insurance said my car was totaled and advised me to file my claim with my own insurance because they only had a ****** limit. I then filed with mine. They said the car wasnt totaled and was just ***** in damages. They sent the car to the repair shop who told them it was 1***** in damages they then sent a supplement over to the body shop they started working on my car 2 days later I get an email saying my car is in fact totaled. The body shop had already started repairs so there was a ****** bill with them. My insurance said I was responsible for that bill. The next day I get a email from the shop where someone from their insurance told them to finish the repair and send two separate invoices. So pretty much they wanted take the ****** out of my settlement then make a ton of money on a repaired car. I ended up messaging a manager and Then a few days later the manger called and said my car isnt totaled and can be repaired so the shop finished the repairs. They have been finished for 2 weeks now finally yesterday they messaged and said the repair would be paid for by yesterday which did not happen. The insurance will not respond to me or the auto shop 90% of the time. Theres no number to call everything is through email. Its been almost 4 months and I still dont have my car back.

    My car was hit by an insured of this company in May 2023 (Claim # C1TX018223-1) and the insured was 100 percent at fault per the adjuster. The adjuster, *************************** took weeks to communicate and now I am waiting for the estimate. She advised to file it on my insurance but I only have liability because of the age of the car. Now I am being told it's under investigation to see if the ins company can afford the coverage for the claim. I have never heard of rhat before nor experienced such delay. My car is getting worse each time I drive it. Need someone to contact me immediately.

    June 29th, about 1:00 pm insured with Peachtree Casualty insurance hit the back of my car while I was waiting to make a left turn. The insurance has admitted fault. I reached out to Peachtree insurance at ************, reached a recording stating if not insured to file a claim at ************************************** I sent an email sent but I also reached out to via chat and told that an adjuster will be reaching out. After sending additional emails an adjuster finally reached out Thursday 7/6/23. He did not provide a claim number or any documentation but stated he would request a tow for my car to be taken to Caliber ********* for an estimate. I was instructed to reach out to Caliber *********. Caliber Insurance as well as King ********* both refuse to do business with this insurance company. So, reached out to *****************. ***************** is willing to do the repair but does not provide estimates. If my car is towed to ******* ****** starts repair on my car immediately. As a result, ****** requires a claim number and estimate from Go Insurance which Go Insurance NEVER provided. We finally reached their tow service who provided our claim number C1TX019448-1. I asked the tow service to tow it to *****************. He cannot take it to a different ********* company unless directed by the Adjuster who is **********************, but ******* *************) does not return phone calls, nor does he respond to emails which appears to be the only way this company communicates. Thursday makes it two weeks I've been without my car. I'm no further along with processing my claim to get my car fix then I was on 6/29. I've filed a complaint as directed by their chat person at ************************************** and ************************************* ******* responds states she has escalated my issue to claim department, but no one will call, email or send smoke signals. The service I've received from this company is horrible! I also wonder if this is a legit insurance company.

    This company is a complete scam. I have an insurance policy with a company called GO Insurance and on 3/31 I filed a claim having hit a pothole. This company did nothing with this claim until I reported them to the department of insurance on 06/27/2023. This entire time the vehicle has been sitting at the shop waiting on the insurance company to do whatever they were doing, Ive been in contact with the insurance company several times and just got the runaround. My insurance adjuster that I ended up with *************************** kept saying the claim was under review everytime I contacted them.... I have a contract of insurance which in the contract it states that the claim would be handled in 15 days... Its about to be going on 90 days and nothing has been done on the claim. The day I reported them they even said it was still under review, then literally a few minutes after I reported them I get a text stating that they will be totaling out the vehicle. Now the vehicle has been sitting at the shop all this time because you cant drive it and it even had to be towed to the shop. They text me on July 1st stating they wouldnt be paying the storage fees on the vehicle...This is the worst company and they need to be shut down. I have all the text and emails from them , they are scam artist. They dont even have a customer service line. They do everything through text and email. I want a refund of all the money paid to this company because they failed to hold to the contract of insurance and now have failed to pay the charges from the shop and have failed to complete the claim that was rightfully filed with them as an insurance company

    I GOT INTO A CAR ACCIDENT ON JANUARY 11, 2023. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON MY ESTIMATE TO BE APPROVED FOR 2 MONTHS. THIS INSURANCE HAS NO URGENCY ON RESOLVING MY CLAIM. THEY DONT COVER ADDITIONAL TOWS, MUST PAY OOP FOR RENTAL AND SUBMIT FOR REIMBURSEMENT. THEY REFUSE TO COVER TAKE DOWN FEE, AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES CHARGED FROM THE REPAIR SHOP. THEY HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION AND NO URGENCY WITH THE HANDLING OF MY CLAIM. I BELIEVE MY VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A TOTAL LOSS, AND THEIR TOO CHEAP TO RULE IT OUT AS THAT. I HAVE BEEN MAKING CAR PAYMENTS W/O BEING ABLE TO DRIVE MY CAR, ** THEIR NEGLIGENCE IN RESOLVING MY CLAIM TIMELY, AND APPROVING MY ESTIMATE.
