We are sorry to hear of your experience with us. We assure you, we are not a ripoff and have been genuinely trying to work with you. There are no defects in your filing and in the service attempts upon the defendant. Process servers are not able to gain entry to the gated premises due to personnel denying entry to the process servers at a supervised/guarded gate. However,this does not mean services have not been rendered and several diligent attempts have been made.
We do not and cannot guarantee service and this is expressed as such in our terms of use.

Do not use this company! They do not do what they say they do. They made the biggest mess out of my simple Small Claims case. Their guarantee? ************* can not get a hold of anyone, and their ****************************** is anything but dedicated! Weeks to try to get a simple appointment.This is a total scam company...just taking your money and wasting your time.Squabble

Please do not believe this response from Squabble...it's full of BS. They misfiled my case 3 different times, blaming everyone, except themselves. They were zero help in getting my "positive outcome"...as I had to finish this case on my own. They misrepresented their service levels, as I had paid for their "Dedicated Case Agent" service...which was anything but dedicated! Taking upwards of 3 to 4 weeks to meet with anyone, and at times having them cancel the meeting due to staffing issues. The CEO would not even honor his own published 100% guarantee and refund my purchase....and only gave me a 50% refund months after asking, and asking, and asking. They do not have 99.1% user satisfaction....that is also a lie. Please go to TrustPilot and read the various reviews there. Do not use this company...they are running a scam and will take your money and leave you hanging.Squabble

repeated assertions following a two-month investigation in
which it determined there was no merit to your chargeback
attempt.Just to be clear, you won your claim filed in court through
Squabble, then lost a credit card dispute against Squabble.Heres what your bank already deemed factual:
?The initial difficulty in filing your case was caused by
the courts transition to e-mail filing. Many e-filings in the
jurisdiction were randomly not being processed, as confirmed by
the clerk. Anytime court delays or inefficiencies present,
Squabble acts hastily to remedy the situation. As such, your
case was promptly and successfully filed via post.
?Your Case Agent met with you several times before
and after your case was filed as well.
?Squabble paid for an additional service of process
order even after successful service, per your demand.
?You won your case filed through Squabble.
?Squabble is physically unable to issue a refund
during a chargeback investigation. We exchanged several
emails expressing as much and shared screenshots clearly
demonstrating that the dispute process was ongoing (Like court
processing times, Squabble cannot control the length of the
credit card companys investigation.).
?Even after the investigation concluded that your
chargeback attempt was without merit, Squabble still
immediately processed a refund for your package fee before you
placed your review. Our team did this as a courtesy. We always
want to maintain good faith and cordial relations with our filers.
?Even after you disputed the charges Squabble still
sent you well wishes on the successful outcome of your case.
?Were not flawless -- but we strive to be in our
process of examining how a customer concern was handled
internally: We are proud of how our team handled your
situation.Heres the reality: part of Squabbles role is to weather the
inefficiencies of the court system to manage, so that filers
dont have to, the inevitable hiccups that accompany litigation.
We know the fact that delays/errors could be court-induced may
come as a surprise to some. We get that in the heat of a
monetary dispute, if Squabble updates you with a court issue
and explains that it will be promptly rectified, you dont want to
hear it. We understand that. The reality though is that such
inefficiencies are a feature, not a bug of the court system.
Squabble was founded precisely for this reason.Our founders knew that launching such a platform would
require Squabble to shoulder the dissatisfaction that was
traditionally directed at the court. Were ok with that we
signed up for it. We think its the price we pay to be able to
provide a service that the overwhelming majority of our users
tell us they find invaluable to their business or personal
dealings.What we cant allow, though, is the public to be misled about
our company. We have long worked by the policy that we dont
solicit reviews from our users when they thank us for their
settlement or judgment. But we know that a platform navigated
by tens of thousands of users will inevitably have a handful of
negative reviews like yours. Its in the nature of the service we
offer youve already been wronged by someone, so it makes
sense youd expect that from the world. But the narrative youve
constructed is simply at odds with the facts.We clear up inaccuracies when see them its literally our job

I filed my claim on 4/8 and it says that it takes 1 to 3 days to file the paperwork in court. The paperwork still hasn't been filed??? No way to communicate with them? I paid over $400.00. Please advise.Squabble

I strongly advise against using this service. ******** times were slow, communication was minimal, and the service packages are overpriced for what you receivebasic Word documents that offer little to no real legal value and can easily be created on your own.I purchased a package worth nearly $800, expecting professional assistance through my small claims process. However, after the opposing party voluntarily returned the money, I was told I would only receive $273 back. No court appearance, no legal filingsyet the majority of my payment was withheld. There was no refund policy or safeguard to protect customers in situations like mine.Many legitimate small claims services or attorney offices offer at least partial refunds (often 50% or more) if a case resolves early. Here, there was no such fairness. Their response? They were happy I got what I was owedyet I still lost hundreds of dollars for a service that barely lifted a finger.This model unfairly punishes customers for getting a resolution without dragging the case through the full legal process. Its a setup that offers no financial protection and leaves the customer holding the billeven when the outcome is in their favor.This experience was frustrating, costly, and disappointing. I would give zero stars if possible and cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. Proceed with cautionyou risk losing both time and moneySquabble

Our company paid $2000 for a month of software access - the software did not work within that month, so I asked to roll billing forward. Sales offered a full refund. I accepted. Never got the refund. Requested it for months probably 30 times. So I came here. Pretty clear case.They got the paperwork ready, no issues. Paid about $400 to have it done right. Defendant is in ******. They filed where I live in ********. Courthouse called me and said they cant really take any action or garnish wages if its not filed in *******I simply ask - Should it be filed in ****** then? Ive reached out probably 15 times to ask - I received one response that they may take longer than normal to replay. Im just trying to make sure theyve filed correctly.I never received a response after. Its been a month or so. I told them I would leave a bad review on BBB if I did not hear back. No idea what else to do. So here I am! No response.Very frustrating to be out another $400 and be ignored here as well. Still want help! PLEASE!! PLEASE respond! Refile if needed!Squabble

I had a dental malpractice case and for anything medical in the state of ********* you basic have a year to present your case or you reach the statutes limitations. I submitted my case back May 15th 2024 for $438.00 total and it stated 2-3 weeks to be accepted by the courts. On May 24th 2024 I was as to have the documents signed by a notary which I did and sent back on the same day. On May 30th I was told they were sorry for the delay and they would proceed with filing. On May 31st I was told triple check was complete and they would be filing in another 3 business days. I didnt not receive any information for months I reached out via email in October 7th requesting a full refund and was told someone will contact me in 1-2 business days. Instead of contacting me Squabble decides to deliver it to the courts on the 8th which means they had not done it this entire time furthermore I asked for a refund but instead they decide to do the job the were for for months ago despite my request for refund. On Oct 10th I asked for my refund again and got no contact until Oct.22nd where I was told to set up a zoom meeting to talk about the case to which I replied for the 3rd time that I want my refund. And then I no longer received any contact from the squabble team. Today is December 24th Christmas Eve and I get a letter in the mail from the clerks office where the paperwork should have been filed and it stated it was filed November 1st 2024, 5months after I submitted my case and the paper work was missing the case number, the hearing date and time for defendant to be served by process server and also the check for the clerk for filing filled out wrong. Im reaching out again asking for my refund for the 4th time. Not understanding what the issue is specifically since squabble messed up and did not hold there end of the bargain.Squabble

I Paid for the full service and they abandoned me after filing the court case. I told them who I wanted to sue for Fraud (a Dentist) and they sued someone else. To make matters worse the one they tried to Serve did not exist and I got a letter from the Court saying Service Refused because the entity did not exist. After I investigated turns out the company the dentist worked for did not file a Fictitious Name Registration and therefore the Law says all money paid to them was Fraudulent. Squabble said I had to sign court papers but never sent them to me. The only response I get is "your file has been updated". Anyone else willing to join a Class Action? I am considering filing a case of Fraud against them. Anyone know a good Attorney. I will be filing a complaint with the State Bar for Attorneys as they were giving legal advice without a License.Squabble
