  I had a dental malpractice case and for anything medical in the state of ********* you basic have a year to present your case or you reach the statutes limitations. I submitted my case back May 15th 2024 for $438.00 total and it stated 2-3 weeks to be accepted by the courts. On May 24th 2024 I was as to have the documents signed by a notary which I did and sent back on the same day. On May 30th I was told they were sorry for the delay and they would proceed with filing. On May 31st I was told triple check was complete and they would be filing in another 3 business days. I didnt not receive any information for months I reached out via email in October 7th requesting a full refund and was told someone will contact me in 1-2 business days. Instead of contacting me Squabble decides to deliver it to the courts on the 8th which means they had not done it this entire time furthermore I asked for a refund but instead they decide to do the job the were for for months ago despite my request for refund. On Oct 10th I asked for my refund again and got no contact until Oct.22nd where I was told to set up a zoom meeting to talk about the case to which I replied for the 3rd time that I want my refund. And then I no longer received any contact from the squabble team. Today is December 24th Christmas Eve and I get a letter in the mail from the clerks office where the paperwork should have been filed and it stated it was filed November 1st 2024, 5months after I submitted my case and the paper work was missing the case number, the hearing date and time for defendant to be served by process server and also the check for the clerk for filing filled out wrong. Im reaching out again asking for my refund for the 4th time. Not understanding what the issue is specifically since squabble messed up and did not hold there end of the bargain.

  I Paid for the full service and they abandoned me after filing the court case. I told them who I wanted to sue for Fraud (a Dentist) and they sued someone else. To make matters worse the one they tried to Serve did not exist and I got a letter from the Court saying Service Refused because the entity did not exist. After I investigated turns out the company the dentist worked for did not file a Fictitious Name Registration and therefore the Law says all money paid to them was Fraudulent. Squabble said I had to sign court papers but never sent them to me. The only response I get is "your file has been updated". Anyone else willing to join a Class Action? I am considering filing a case of Fraud against them. Anyone know a good Attorney. I will be filing a complaint with the State Bar for Attorneys as they were giving legal advice without a License.

  I paid them $619 dollars and after 3 1/2 months they have done absolutely nothing, I got a lot run around lies. I will it up my credit card company to get my money returned. Liars and thieves.

  Terrible service Return emails very late like 10 to 15 days for me. Never talk to same person twice, very difficult to find a phone number to call only to get a recording. Changed rates half way through my case did not get person served.Try other services first before using squabble

  Absolutely awful organization, the whole place is a scam. They took my money failed to provide half the services, I lost the case due to their failure. They have a money back guarantee but they don't actually ever give you your money back. They keep making excuses for why they wont refund my money. DO NOT USE THEM!

  I have to say Squabble was easy and straight forward to deal with. They definitely helped me navigate the intricacies of filing my case. Serving the defendant was a little frustrating, though. As you can imagine, no one wants to get sued so they try to dodge and dodge especially when they know they're in the wrong (nonpayment). I'm happy I upgraded for them to take care of service, though, because thankfully they still got it done in the end. Defendant is served and I have court coming up!

  Squabble used misleading language like "guaranteed perfect paperwork" and then returned paperwork containing typos and surprised me with their own additions (which constitutes legal advice which they are not licensed to do) to my legal form, like including court costs and fees on a form stating "do not include court and service fees." Since it was guaranteed I assumed squabble would either correct the mistakes or return the $68 paid for "perfect paperwork" but instead they trolled me on my Trustpilot review for being poor, refused to accept accountability for their imperfect work and wouldn't even acknowledge objective truths when I offered legitimately constructive criticism. It was like a first time restaurant owner yelling at an unhappy patron for sending back an underdone steak, pretty ugly. I'm considering using squabbles money back guaranteed $368 package to file a suit to reclaim my $68, as if I lost in front of a judge, squabble advertises that they would reimburse me. Sounds like a win win. ****** guarantee before using it in advertising especially if you tend to choke when an attentive customer calls you out on it.

  I thought I'd come on here and give a little love to this business because my business has filed 6 claims with them and have had zero issues. I know they file and serve in all states and my suits have been in 4 different jurisdictions. 3 I used the case agent package and they gave me all the rest of the cases free case agent package. there's an email update and a status page update when something changes. it has helped me collect full amount on 5 of these 6 disputes.
