            In January 2023, BBB investigated Eastwood Lender's business practices. This investigation was prompted by the volume of complaints and consumer inquiries. It is alleged that the business is requesting a fee(s), ranging from $478-$536, before the loan service is performed.
             
            On January 24, 2023, BBB sent a letter to Eastwood Lenders asking the business to address and provide the following to BBB's concerns: 1) A copy of the current fee schedule and timeline. 2) An explanation of the services offered. 3) How consumers can contact the business for an update. 4) A copy of contracts /paperwork consumers are given in the process of applying for a loan.
             
            As of January 31, 2023, the business has not responded to BBB's inquiry.

            I would give them negative stars if possible. Total scam company asking for funds in advance for a promised approved loan. Ths fact that there are companies out there like this is disgusting. I hope anyone considering this company will read these reviews first so as not to be scammed out of their hard earned money. F*** y'all Eastwood lndrs.
