ASTRONOMICAL MOVE-OUT ****. BEWARE OF THIS BUILDINGS MANAGEMENT! This place sent my account to collections for a fraudulent balance. They disobeyed housing laws and violated their contract with a material breach specifically paragraph 25. Due to this, I left the unit in perfect condition and moved out because nothing was handled accordingly- aka nothing was done about my reasonable accommodation request for three months, and then it was denied fraudulently, which is completely against ADA *********** and ********** law. Not to mention the fact that my reasonable accommodation request; was to increase my rent there to move to a larger unit to accommodate my situation on hand (and disability all disclosed with my doctors documentation on the reasonable accommodation form and multiple other doctors notes of documentation all provided to the manager on site , directly and they had the nerve to send off to collections of $16k+bill when my friend lives right upstairs, and the unit occupied almost immediately after I left. They have ceased all communication with me, and I only found out about this via my own research. The fraudulent bill that left in the apartment and nasty things and I have photos of exactly how I left the unit. It is so despicable that they can do that to someone to try and squeeze more money out of them when they're leaving because they were treated wrongfully And they breached their own material contract. I need this rectified immediately with whatever collection agency they sent it off to because it's completely fraudulent that they did so I'm sure the collection agency has not been notified of all the notarized documents that were provided to the "Luma apartments" in regards to this and how repulsing these accusations and charges are. These fees were not applicable due to the material breach of contract again specifically paragraph 25. I have attempted to attach photo documentation but theres no way on here.
