    I placed an order for a refurbished EMG system on 02/27. I received order confirmation (order # *****) as well as an estimated delivery date of 03/13 - 03/20. I paid $4,965.43 and that amount has already come out of my account. Today is 03/15 and the order has not shipped. I sent an email to the "Account Manager" on 03/13 and did not receieve a response. I called the "Account Manager" yesterday, 03/14 and spoke with him. He advised that the order has not shipped and is outside the shipping window. I asked what the order status is and he said he would have to speak with another account representative and call me back in 2 hours. He asked which number to call back and I gave him my contact info. I did not receieve a call back. I called the "Account Manager" at the same number today at 10:34am (EST) and it went straight to the voicemail. I called regular customer service and could not reach anyone. I had to leave a message.

    I ordered a refurbished stretcher on December 17, 2021. Their proposed shipping window kept changing until finally I filed a formal complaint. I was contacted by the company CEO stating that this was unacceptable and he would get to the bottom of the issue. I finally got a date when it would be shipped. It didnt ship said there was an issue with the wheels. Got another ship date didnt ship. They said that the humidity in ********** affected the paint job!! Wow. Ive called and emailed to cancel the order and receive a refund and I have not heard back from anyone all day. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.

I am looking forward to your order being delivered so you can evaluate our certified refurbished quality which is one of the things which we are known for.It seems that the phone number on the order which I have left voicemails on throughout taking over your order is different than the phone number from your most recent voicemail. I have added this phone number to your account.Unfortunately, as stated in our email conversations, I was provided misinformation about the estimated ship date on 2/3/21 which I relayed to you. This error was due to one of our staff members providing a date from a different order for the same item.I will always provide the most transparent and complete information that is available. Unfortunately, this has been an extremely frustrating experience.We are actively working on implementing a fix to prevent this experience on future orders. Thank you for your understanding and providing feedback which helps us improve.
