I ordered a refurbished stretcher on December 17, 2021. Their proposed shipping window kept changing until finally I filed a formal complaint. I was contacted by the company CEO stating that this was unacceptable and he would get to the bottom of the issue. I finally got a date when it would be shipped. It didnt ship said there was an issue with the wheels. Got another ship date didnt ship. They said that the humidity in ********** affected the paint job!! Wow. Ive called and emailed to cancel the order and receive a refund and I have not heard back from anyone all day. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.

I have added this phone number to your account.Unfortunately, as stated in our email conversations, I was provided misinformation about the estimated ship date on 2/3/21 which I relayed to you. This error was due to one of our staff members providing a date from a different order for the same item.I will always provide the most transparent and complete information that is available. Unfortunately, this has been an extremely frustrating experience.We are actively working on implementing a fix to prevent this experience on future orders.
