      I ordered some parts from Bike Bandit on April 25, 2021 and was told that since the parts were OEM that it would take 1-2 weeks to ship. After about a month I reached out and was told that I could not be given an estimate for how long it would take for the parts to ship. After almost three months I still have no response on their live chat for my requests to cancel the order.

      Order has been shipped as of the 12th with **** Tracking number 1Z14X0590340522815 shows this was delivered on the 19th. If this is no longer needed a return can be set up for the order.

      I have indeed received the parts that I ordered but I feel response to the complaint to be woefully inadequate considering how long it took for the items to be sent to me.

      It is unfortunate that a large number of customers have had to deal with lengthy delays due to ongoing issues that are effecting many things in this country. We are working hard to resolve these issues and keep on moving forward. The goods have been shipped out and delivered, we can refund the shipping if you wish to keep the order.       ordered motorcycle parts order#**************** 0n 05/26/2021 waited 3 weeks and called Bike Bandit to check status was told parts were delayed or not available from venders, cancelled my order on 06/16/2021, have called several times since and get excuses like they are short staffed or having issues with billing and that refunds are having to be done manually seems to me they have no intention of refunding my money, if they can't get parts they should not take orders, this is a terrible way to run a business, all I want is my money refunded.

      I placed two orders online in late April and early May. Both times the parts showed that they were in stock. I received an email after each order saying that it was cancelled due to the parts being out of stock. It also said I would be refunded for the orders. I was charged and have record of that but never got a refund for either order. I have contacted customer service via email and phone numerous times to resolve this over the past two months or so. They are difficult to get through to on the phone or get an email response from. Of the times I have gotten a response, I have been told 5 or 6 times that the issue has been escalated to a manager and should be resolved in a few days. These are not automated response emails and I have talked to several people on the phone. However, that is all that happens each time, I have never got a refund or even any follow up contact after speaking to customer service.

      I placed 2 orders with this company 3/10/2021 and 3/19/2021 . One for $381.28 and the other for $85.93. After a month i called and asked what the status was. They said COVID delay. Understandable. Called again 5/10/21 to see where the order was? They said delays ect. So i said what do you have now( they said they only ship completed orders and not partial ones) cancel what you have not gotten in and send what you have. Not a problem they said. I rec the un canceled parts around 5/17/2021. Checked my bank statement , no refund ( $ ****** they owe me) Called 6/7/2021 They said they would resolve the issue. Got my back statement last night no refund. Called today they said someone would take care of it and refused to transfer me to their number or anyone else in charge of refunds. Sorry for the length of this .

They can provide more details, we on our end have processed your refunds and cannot do anything further to get money back that has already been processed.       On May 27,2021 I ordered a part from Bike Bandet . I received a notice that the part was no longer in stock and a refund would be made to me. I have called 3 times and spoke to customer service and each time they said it was being expedited for me and that it was probably a mistake in billing. It has now been five weeks and still no refund. Total with shipping ($10.95)was $ 61.90.We apologize, but we have been notified by the manufacturer that the item(s) listed below in your order **************** are temporarily not available.       I had made two purchases: In a combined total of $177.24 **************** May 16, 2021 Subtotal (6 items): $74.02 Tax: $3.92 Shipping: $11.95 Total Authorized: $89.89 Total Billed: $89.89 Cancelled by Customer **************** Apr 29, 2021 Subtotal (14 items): $71.60 Tax: $3.80 Shipping: $11.95 Total Authorized: $87.35 Total Billed: $87.35 Cancelled by Customer As of June ******** neither order had been shipped or received so I call and cancelled both orders and requested a refund. They told me okay and will take ***** days, I emailed multiple times and never received any response, So I called again on June 17th. The guy on the phone told me that it had not been long enough to give it a few more days. As of June 25th still no refund, So I called again. the guy on phone said that not sure what happed & that will send it to billing & that I should receive a confirmation e-mail in the next couple of business days. It is July 1rst, Still no refund.
