      An order was placed in November 2021 and if was never fulfilled so have to go through their sister company to get ahold of them I was able to then cancel the order on 11/23/2021. I have not received my refund as of January 24 2022

      I ordered parts online from Bikebandit.com on 10/14/21 for $170.95 (Order #****************. Immediate email stating parts were on backorder but payment was taken from my bank account immediately. After no part after 30-45-60 plus days, I called and left several voicemail messages and emails to cancel order and refund my money. No response, no action taken, no refund from Bikebandit.com

      I ordered some motorcycle parts from bikebandit.com in November of 2021. The website said the parts were in stock. A week after I ordered, I checked the site again and it said they were back ordered. I still have not received the parts. I tried contacting them several times work no luck. I am still trying to contact them everyday. I received one generic email response that was no help at all. I am trying to get my $585 dollars back.

      Ordered bike 4 parts/accessories online from BikeBandit.com August 17, 2021.Order number **************** for a total USD price of $288.03. Payment was processed immediately.For the next 2 months bike bandit delayed on why the parts were not sent and blamed the supplier although their website stated they had all parts and inventory in stock.The nature of this dispute is no product given and no refund provided and then complete lack of communication after the entire order was cancelled.Many email communications with an employee called ******* and I had the entire order cancelled by November 10, 2021 after no products were sent and no refund was forthcoming.After this last email communication the company refuses all phone calls, emails and online communication to proceed with a refund or store credits to purchase other goods.

      I ordered parts online from bike bandit, 2 separate orders. they told me they were waiting for one part on each order to come in but all the other stuff was ready. This order took place October 2021. Here we are 3 months later and I haven't received any parts on either order and can't get ahold of them by phone or email. I guess they think it's ok to just keep my money. All I want is for them to send the parts they have of my orders and refund me the money for the parts they don't.

      Purchased a starter order #**************** on September 15, 2021 and charged $254.90. I ended up not needing the starter, talked to someone in customer service and was able to return the part (box unopened) for what I was told would be a full refund. The part was received on October 4, 2021. 3 weeks later I had not gotten a refund so I called and was able to talk to someone again. I was told they were doing all refunds manually because their system was s******* it up but that my return was given priority since I had been waiting so long. That was the last time I was able to get ahold of someone. Multiple phone calls/voice mails and emails later with no response it's January 17, 2022 and still no refund.

      paid $309.16 to bike bandit on october 31,2021 for parts for a ***** 4 ******* ,they sent a reply back on november 4,2021 saying there was a slight delay getting the carburator that i ordered, now 2 months later and after 2 emails and leaving a message several times no one will contact me and i cant seem to get ahold of them. should have read the reviews of them before i ordered the parts.not sure what else i can do.

      I have placed an order for an item they said was backordered, after the order went through and my card charged.I have requested a refund after waiting 3 months for the order. I have sent multiple emails requests and made phone calls that were never answered. I never received my money back.

      We ordered a part for $169 twice (for a total of $338) in august and september of 2021. The parts never arrived. Nobody responded to email requests. I called and got through to someone one time- he looked up the orders, found them, said that they did not have the parts, that they were struggling with covid issues, and that they would refund us when they got caught up. We still have not received a rebate and now, everytime I call, I get a message that due to the volume of calls, they are not answering the calls.

      I ordered a cylinder for a 98 cr125 that was post to be in stock two days later they sent me a email saying it was on back order and I could cancel if wanted to so I called and canceled the order on 10/1/2021 and have not received my money back have left several voicemails and emails and live chat messages and no replies
