In October I ordered many parts for a bike build I was doing. Most parts were available two parts were not. I was charged for all parts and never refunded for the two unavailable parts. In November I was able to get ahold of an associate that told me the refund would be within 15 business days. I gave it a month with still no return. I have multiple voice messages to them and many unanswered emails about the refund that I have not received. They will not call me back, email me back or refund the money for the unavailable parts. The parts were found elsewhere and bike has been completed yet Im still waiting on them for a return. Previous to this Ive had no bad dealings with the company and spent countless money with them over the years. Im shocked at how this last interaction has gone and it has prevented me from using their company any longer.Initial Complaint

I placed an order 10/7/21 for an ecm (electronic control module) I received an order confirmation that day. I received a back order message the following day. I waited about a month and got nothing. I attempted to contact them and was told Id still have to wait. Another month I tried contacting again and left a voicemail. No response. I left two more voicemails and 3 emails and have had no response. Id like the part I ordered or a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed two separate orders for motorcycle parts in August of 2021. Some of the items were backordered. As of February 2022 I still do not have parts and Bikebandit will not return messages (three calls) or emails regarding status. At this point I would like to just cancel order and get money back but they will not speak with me. The file Bike Bandit 1 includes two items that have not been received, the indicator and the fly screen inserts.I have received none of the items in the document Bike Bandit 2Initial Complaint

I ordered parts from this website on 08/29/2021, I also ordered expedited shipping, they charged me for it all. I waited a couple of weeks with no confirmation email on my order, so I contacted the buisness. I was told that some of these parts were on back order and might take a bit longer than expected to receive them. Four months later I still hear nothing, so I send an email to the person I was in contact with the first time, after hearing nothing for 3 buisness days, I send an email to their general customer service email. I still hear nothing back for a week, so I call their customer service line, but I met with a recording saying that they can't accept calls at this time but I left a voicemail with my contact info. I wait another month, still hearing nothing back, I try to call again and I am met with the same recording. They took my money, I've decided 6 months of waiting is about long enough, but I can't even get ahold of anyone to get an update on my order, let alone try to cancel the order. I don't believe they are running an ethical business at this time.Initial Complaint

I placed Order Number **************** on 3/2/21, and my credit card was charged $23.85 on that date.I received notifications on 3/15, 3/22, 3/29, 4/5, 4/12, 4/19 and 4/26 that there would be a delay in shipping.Nothing but silence since then.My Order History page on the BikeBandit web site shows this order "in progress".It has been 11 months. I purchased a part on 12-13-2021 from Bike Bandit. The purchase was withdrawn from my account on 12-14-21 in the amount of $65.87. I was sent an email the same day, that my order was canceled because the part was discontinued. I've tried calling several times and everytime goes to a voice-mail. Sent 2 emails requesting my refund and no response. Now 45 days and still no refund!Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Bikebandit. I ordered several items and received part of the order. the order I didn't get was placed as order number **************** August 25 2021. I sent an email last year asking about the order and recently sent another email asking about the order. Last year I was able to open the order number on their website to view the order, now I get is a error message. The order is a rely for my Triumph Trophy. I can't get the item number since I am unable to view the order on line. I also tried to call there customer service on 1/25/22. I got a recording to leave my info and they would call me back. To this date, I have not received a call back. I know when the original order was placed, for all items, I was charged for all items. Since I did not receive the relay, I want a refund of the cost for the relay charged.Initial Complaint

I ordered two tires on nov13 2021 and still haven't received them. I've called them and all you can do is leave a message.which I've done severe time asking when there going to ship my tires and left contact information. And I've emailed them severe times with no response. When I was on there website trying to figure out the problem myself I clicked on shipping errors thing and when I gave them the address on the zip code I put ********** and they may have wanted **********. But I don't feel this is good enough reason to still not have my tires. My order number is ****************. I spent 102 dollars and still haven't received anything or have heard from them. I want my money or my tires . But this wait I've received is crazy
