      As a DOT license holder who frequently deals with vendors, I have encountered numerous challenges, but my experience with GoShare has been the worst. The primary method of communication with GoShare is through chat, which is extremely limiting and ineffective for me. Real-time, two-way communication is essential in my line of work, and the chat-only option has proven inadequate.My frustration began when GoShare repeatedly changed delivery dates and times without consulting me or seeking my approval. This lack of consideration disrupted my schedule and created significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the level of respect in their communication was severely lacking. The tone of their messages was dismissive, and it felt as though my concerns were being brushed aside.The only time I received a prompt response was when I mentioned that I would contact corporate and follow up with a certified letter. Its disheartening to think that only the threat of escalating the issue to higher authorities prompted them to take my concerns seriously. As a professional who prides herself on timely and respectful interactions with vendors, this experience with GoShare has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

      I apologize working with GoShare hasn't been all positive.  Unfortunately, we are set to the schedule of the customer. It sounds like that project just wasn't the best one for you. I will definitely review interactions surrounding the project. Chat or text is the instant access to customer service and the best way to contact them.

      June 26, 2024 I, ******************* is filing this complaint against GoShare Inc under the false allegations stated by GoShare in order for them to terminate my contract with them as a driver. u accepted, damaging an item, insulting/disrespecting a customer. ********************** dealbreaker #2: An average customer feedback score of less than 4.0 out of 5.0 Project ****** the client stated that *** took a trailer hitch from their lot. Client tried to contact him several times and *** was not responsive. All of these allegations from Goshare is FALSE. 1, I have never been late delivering an order and I have never canceled a delivery. 2, I have never damaged an item. I have delivered 4 items with Goshare, 3 trailer drop offs and one mirror delivery in which the client assisted me in caring it inside of their home. None of the trailers were damaged and I have photos of each and every trailer. 3, I have never insulted or disrespected a customer. ********************** claimed I have less than 4.0 star rating however as you can see with the attached evidence that I have 5 stars. Lastly, there was a hitch in front of the last trailer I picked up Project ******. I moved the hitch out of the way not knowing that I accidently placed it in the bed of the truck. I was focused on the trailer and making sure everything was ok with the trailer. I completely forgotten about it as it was just a hitch. I informed that customer that I had placed the item on the side forgetting that I accidently placed it on the bed. I informed Goshare that I realized I had the hitch yesterday when I started my work week. I swiftly brought the hitch back to the customer and apologized as I didnt realize I had the hitch. Hours after I returned the missing item Goshare falsely terminated my contract under false allegations. Under Florida law these false allegations is considered defamation. As you can see from the evidence, I had 5 stars and was ranked high on the leaderboard. Please see attached word doc.

      Good Afternoon,I am writing to request assistance in activating my GoShare account. I have completed all the necessary steps, including paying for a background check, which came back clear. For the past two weeks, I have been in constant communication with your customer service and driver support departments.My insurance is valid, and I recently purchased it on June 7, as indicated on my insurance card. Despite this, I continue to face issues with getting my account approved. My registration and insurance have both been approved multiple times, yet my account remains inactive.I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter and activating my account as soon as possible.Thank you for your attention to this issue.Best regards,*************************** It PS it is very hard to be discussing something on a email when no one is replying back to you in a timely manner either.

      1. The BBB isn't a division of GoShare. They don't determine how many driver applicants the team has to review. And I hope you would agree that any driver who has applied and supplied all of their information before you should be activated before you. 

      2. Your profile was activated on 6/21/24. You were sent an email of the activation as well as other emails detailing how to be a great GoShare driver.  Please check your email and log into your account.

      I would like a refund of my background check. They want to charge me an additional $100.00. I no longer want to perform on their platform. I have also seen that people have been waiting months to come on to the platform. I cannot afford to pay a company to be on their platform and I am not immediately activated.

      Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the background check fee.  We do advise the fee is not refundable in the email sent, on the website *********************************************************************************************, and on the site when you are paying for the background.  Counties in ******** charge extra so as the website says: The background check fee is $49, or $154 if you have ever lived, worked, or received a citation in the state of ********. In 2019, New York raised the prices of records requests in their state. Unfortunately, the high cost of conducting a background check in the state of ******** requires us to charge a higher amount if you are a current or past resident of the state. The background check fee is non-refundable.

      I have lived in *** prior to 2019 and not after Your trying to charge me ****** for a state I no longer reside in.  This doesnt include me. 
      I have lived in ** since 2017. 
      I dont need to deliver upon your platform. I dont care to deliver upon your platform. I would rather part ways. However I would like to be refunded and part ways.

      i want my information out of your system as well upon the issuing of my refund. 

      Your allowing people to sign on and your not telling them that there is a 6-8 week waiting  period as well. 

      Ive been on plenty of delivery gig platforms you can think of and never once having to pay for checkr which majority of the delivery platforms use.

      The ** fees are pass through fees we get charged by Checkr. As you said you lived there at one time. Since Checkr found that information, they must check and hence the charges.  Unfortunately we cannot refund those charges.       On March 26,2024 I applied online with GoShare, they required $49 for a background check. They had many warnings for no refund due to not clearing a background check and it would take 4-6 weeks to finalize. My background cleared and I uploaded all required documents on March 26. I emailed GoShare on several occasions inquiring about my documents review. They continue to say that due to high number of applicants review times have increased. I am asking for a refund of $49 due to GoShare inability to review documents in order for me to work.

      Hi *****. Thanks for the email. Just a couple of things. 1. you were told in multiple emails our current backlog is 6-8 weeks. 2. You emailed Driver Support on April 10th from an email address that is not associated with your account. We replied to you requesting an email from the correct email address and never received another email. 3. You did initiate a chat but when an agent came on to chat with you, you never responded.  

      To be able to assist you, you need to email ********************************* from the email address associated with your GoShare profile. The Driver Support team will be able to tell you if you are missing anything to move forward.

      So I applied to be a driver with GoShare. The description they provided approved that I meet the requirements as well as my vehicle. I passed the background check and was sent a link to watch a video and I completed it. I uploaded all my information including: ID, vehicle pictures, insurance, my selfie, vehicle registration and everything was on review for over 3 weeks. And finally I received a response that they are not going forward with my application without giving any explanation. I think this has to do with providing my personal opinion on them on bbb a week before I was declined. This is not legal and not making any sense at all. They now have all my personal information for no reason. When I checked their ratings on bbb, it shows 1.38/5 which is very suspicious of being a total scam and stealing money from candidates as background fees of $49.

      so I got removed because I gave my opinion and expressed my freedom of speech which is against the law. And the guidelines you have are not legal since they are preventing people from expressing themselves and I seek further investigation into this matter. 
      also, I did not receive the $49 fees you said it was refunded. 
      I would like a proof that my sensitive information is deleted from your system because I doubt that it will be sold or used to steal my identity. I had a friend who signed up with Uber but never drove with them, and he found out that someone is using his uber account in ******** while he lives in ********.

      Thanks for the message. In multiple emails and on the website ********************************************************************************************* we state that if the background check company Checkr has to check in the ** counties, there are extra charges. These are pass through charges that GoShare gets charged for the ** search. This driver's background check shows the ** charges, so these fees are valid.

      When filling out an application I paid $50 for a background check. It has since been 2 months with no results. This company is a fraud. They take your money for a background check and do halt your application. This should be handled.

      Thank you so much for reaching out. We have communicated with **************** multiple times about the delay in his background check. Though I cannot confirm it is the case with this applicant, many times the delay is because there is a negative **** on the background and the county or state clerks office has to take extra time to verify. Unfortunately, this manual process does take extra time. As stated in our Delivery Professional Terms of Service, the background check is not refundable.
