      Sold me rack and pinion and was assured it would be able to program it tried multiple time didnt work call the **** dealership and the said it will and can not be programmed due to it was a aftermarket product prior to this my grandson was driving and one of the front wheels locked up as well as the steering all do to the rack and pinion I bought .., called the support and got the run around asking for a refund said they wouldnt do it could give me in store credit. Wrong see ya in court this thing could of killed my grandson worst company ever do not buy anything from them

      this company doesn't stand buy their products. I ordered a drive shaft, they sent the wrong one, then they want you to ship back charge you money for refunding the WRONG PRODUCT THEY SENT. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

      I've never left a bad review for a company, however this company is a joke. I ordered a rack and pinion for a 2017 ****** titan, after installing the part the shop advised me the part was defective and sent pictures of leaks from passenger outer tie rod, as a ****** gasket leak by the bolt. My first contact with the warranty was J*, while her expertise was limited she we was at least a decent human being. I was supposed to be transferred to a manager, however the manager decided to just hang up the phone. I assumed it was technical difficulties, and called back only to be greeted by a disgusting and vicious customer service rep named ********. She was noticeably irritated and seemed bothered that she had to take my call. According to her, every part is going to have issues. I explained to her that her company's website contradicts her statement and I would like to speak to a manager. She proceeded to tell me there is nothing a manager can do advised me the supervisor ******** would not take me call. Attempting to avoid confrontation I asked for a managers email and she proceeded to tell me to send it to the customer service email. I explained I would like a managers email she said no and hung up. This company does not deserve anyone business. I really hope somebody sues them into bankruptcy, So they could stop ripping off customers that are already trying to save money on parts.

      I placed order for an A/C Compressor and paid the extra money for extended warranty. I did not receive any shipping confirmation email as promised during the checkout. I emailed them couple of times to check the status of my order but did not hear back. I then started a chat with customer service and they confirmed they do not have the item in their inventory and will issue a refund in 3 days. Don't know what would have happened to my order and my money if I didn't follow up with them. They could have kept me in loop if they messed up with their inventory and simply sending me an email to confirm and refund the money right away with an apology. I found this vendor not reliable and will not business with them at all. Their business practice is questionable!!! Watch when you do deal with them.

      Buyer beware! This is a scam business. I purchased a steering rack confirmed by a person and by their website that it will fit my wife's Acura MDX. I took it to a ***** dealer to install it. I agreed to pay for labor only $742.50. After more than 4 hours, two technicians and the shop supervisor they informed me than the steering rack does not fit, so they put the old one back. I asked BUYAUTOPARTS to reimburse me for the labor $742.50 and they REFUSED. I trusted their product will be a match - but it wasn't. Besides this my wife could not drive the car for more than 10 days (waiting for the another steering rack), as it had a REJECTION sticker on the windshield for State Inspection. I had to order a REAL part from a real website selling OEM parts and had to pay again for labor to install it. I have all the Emails and Demand to pay letter sent to BuyAutoParts to prove my experience. They disregarded my demand and refused any reimbursement.AGAIN - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE...THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL ANYTHING ON-LINE! I will send formal complaints to all federal and state agencies and expect to SHUT THEM DOWN!

      I ordered a part and paid for express 2-day shipping they created a shipping label and said it was on its way. 7 Days Later the post office finally received it and shipped it to me in the meantime I canceled the order one day afterwards which they said they could not accept when I got the item I returned it within 3 hours and they said it was returned all damage I sent them the pictures I took at the *********** of the box showing it was returned within 3 hours and then they send me pictures back saying they got the item back in a box covered in oil the box that they sent me pictures of was blurry could not see my shipping label but you could tell it was a totally different box they are a scam artist

      Purchased turbo charger for my semi truck. Part failed within **** miles. **** questionable quality for such important part. Company refused to refund.

      I purchased a new rack and pinion for my truck. I contacted the company to understand how the core fund worked. I was told I was to ship my bad part back and would be refunded. I've emailed multiple times now because I haven't received the core refund and never got a response. Today I spoke with online chat and was told because the part was broken I did not receive a core refund. Nothing in their policy says they do not refund core for an item that is broken. Their policy states when a part is visibly damaged you do not receive a refund, nothing about being broken. Why would I buy a new OEM part to replace a part on my vehicle that isn't broken. This part is not broken. It was completely repairable. The whole reason I purchased from this company was because it was cheaper with the core refund. Had I known they were not going to refund me I would have purchased elsewhere. Buyers beware, you have to send back an item that still works like new to get a refund.

      I bought a part from this company. It came quickly, however, it was the wrong part. It didn't look like the descripted part at all. It arrived on a Tuesday, I took it to the mechanic and he told me it wasn't the right part. We looked it up again and the photo on the website was correct, this part was not. I called them on Wednesday night, and was told that they were sorry, but if I sent some photos of the wrong part, they would get the correct one right out to me and issue a call tag for the wrong one and expedite it to me. NONE of that happened. I reached out again on Friday - no response. I reached out on Monday to be told that I now need to send more photos of the tag on the package. I sent the photos, and was told they would send me an email to let me know exactly what they needed from me. I never got an email! So called again today and got yet another person who said we just don't have that part in stock. It will take 3 to 4 weeks to get one in. So we will just refund you and you can send the part back. I said I'm not sending anything, issue a call tag. This wasn't my s**** up - it was yours - I'm not paying for shipping. Now I get to deal with my credit card company to be sure I'm refunded. Don't trust them!! It took me 6 days and 4 people to finally find out they don't have the part. However, the website still states that they do have it in stock. I'm beyond angry!

      I tried to order a automotive part from this company, after inserting my new debit card information I got a text message from ***** Fargo asking me if a transaction for $***** was made by me. The part I was trying to buy was $215.00 not *****. The bank claims an ****** company in ******* had tried to run my card. This company is a scam or its website is hacked.
