      We paid a considerable amount of extra $ for next day shipping and there was no effort made to get us our product next day. They make very little to no effort to communicate any effort to make amends to resolve this. Many attempts were made to contact them about trying to resolve and they refuse to make any amends. Very difficult to deal with

      Ordered a part for my semi truck on February 16 and still have not received it yet as of March 12 2024. Contacted the seller and they haven't even reach back out to me to resolve the issue.

      On January 31st, 2023, I purchased a remanufactured part on **** from Car Steering ************* for $279.17. I received the part and took it to my mechanic; I was told the part was not a good part and to claim the warranty they provide so that we could get a new remanufactured part. I did so, then when I got my replacement part for this original part, we realized this part was even worse, it has a bad seal. They had sent me a part that clearly had not been remanufactured, not once, but twice now. So, I reached out to this company to return the part for a refund, and they are refusing to give me my money back for it because its past the 60-day return period.It is past the 60-day period because I had to wait for 1 part to be delivered, then for my mechanic to inspect. Then I had to wait for a replacement part to be sent when we realized that original part was not a good part. Now here we are, with a part that they fraudulently claimed was remanufactured, that is leaking and unusable and they won't give me my money back for it. All I am asking is for a refund so I can move on. They are frauds, claiming they are remanufacturing parts but that is clearly not the case.I have included attachments to provide some insight to me trying to come to a resolution and being unable to do so. I tried to find the original listing, but they have removed it from **** now, so I am unable to get a copy of the warranty and the return policy as they did not provide it upon purchase.

      I apologize for any inconvenience.  Unfortunately, since the original order was placed 1/26/2023 and you requested a replacement under warranty 10/2/2023 that was significantly past our 60 day return policy.  Your order does however have a 3-year warranty, so we would be happy to work with you on another replacement if you need?  However as stated, we cannot accept a return on something that old.  Please feel free to view our policies as listed on our website at; ****************************************

      AC compressor purchased from Amazon on August 15, 2022. AC compressor failed so we used the warranty claim to get a replacement in May 2023. Company policy states there are only 2 options for a replacement. 1 ) You pay $182 after taxes to get the replacement shipped then the $182 is refunded or 2 ) Take the part out and mail it back without having to pay the refundable deposit. Payment was not refunded until almost 10 days after the part was returned to the warehouse. The company had the part for almost 2 weeks before even considering a refund. I had to call to get the refund processed.Fast forward to July 17, 2023 - Vehicle was taken to a mechanic to get diagnosed for ac not working properly. Diagnosis returned that ac compressor bearing was faulty in new ac compressor received from the replacement. I called several times after the 17th and was told that the only thing that could be done was get another ac compressor. I am not replacing the compressor again with this buyautoparts. That would be 2 failed ac compressor in under 12 months let alone 2 in under 6 months. All I would like is the total purchase price of $260.45 refunded to me.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the replacement compressor you received from us.  As stated on our website's Warranty Policy page (link below) the warranty covers fixing or replacing the part only, it does not cover refund on the parts once installed and ran on the vehicle.  The parts you purchased 8/16/2022 come with a 1 year warranty, that warranty is set to expire 8/16/2023.  As a courtesy we will extend the warranty for one more month giving you until 9/16/2023 to complete a warranty replacement.  (Please keep in mind that the warranty does not start over again with the replacement part, the warranty is from date of original purchase.)  I've also left notes on your account to lower your replacement deposit fee to $50, which is the lowest deposit fee we offer.  Please contact us at ************ to complete your warranty and reference your Customer Number when calling: *********.

      We have two options for warranty as listed below:
      1. You return your purchased item, and when it is received, we send a replacement item. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your replacement item will be shipped within 2 business days.

      2. You pay a temporary, refundable deposit and we send a replacement item in advance. This temporary deposit is fully refunded once your returned item arrives back at our warehouse. We provide you with a free return shipping label to ship the warranty return back to us.

      I purchased a part from this company that was defective. They then required that I pay a deposit in order to have a replacement part sent. It was quite a while before I could have my vehicle serviced and the part replaced. I worked with the business to return the defective part. Several weeks later I received a call from their customer service team in regard to refunding the deposit amount I was required to pay. This call took place on April 13, 2023. I promptly returned the missed call and left a detailed voice message with their team member outlining the information she had called me to request. I did not receive a return call from their team. I have not yet received the refund from this business. The amount is nearly $200. I have reached out to their team by email multiple times in regard to this issue and have received no response.

      I ordered a part 4 days ago from this company and, as of today, the part has still not shipped. Customer support is non-existent, phone number brings you to a voicemail system, the chat feature does not work and email's get no response. I'm very dissatisfied with this company. I'd like to know where my part is, whether it's been shipped, or really any information on the part I ordered.

      I baught a set of turbos for my truck and they were defective i understand the Warranty was up by 2 months but the part sat in my garage till I had the money to have installed so the part actully was only installed for 3 months before it went bad the part was **** and it cost ************************* my truck as the cab of truck has to be removed to install I just wanted an exchange but at this point I just wma try money back cause who's to say now if it will happen again please help me this is not right!

      I ordered an over $1400 part from buy parts online and paid with a credit card. I got an email stating my order was confirmed however have not received any communication since then. My order has not shipped, or arrived. I have called, left messages, emailed, messaged on buyparts.online website and on their ******** page. I have also used their chat feature on their website. I have attempted these solutions multiple times with no response from buyparts.online. I need this part to get my truck running and not only do they owe me the $ I paid for the part but they also are impacting the time my truck is down. It appears that there is no customer support at this business (if it is actually a business and not a scam). This is not just difficult because of the part cost, but also because of the downtime and the inability to order another part from someone else while waiting on them.
