    Two pairs of shoes ordered - responding one was available, other out of stock, kept offering discounts if I would wait - now not responding at all; 2 email chains in .pdf format attached. Neither pair of shoes were ever received by me, certainly no email from them indicating they were shipped. I've been patient, but enough is enough.

    **** website. Placed an order for $193.79 with them and item has not shipped. They don't answer their phone or call you back after you leave msg's. No response to emails either. After reading reviews online I realized that this website is a scam.

    I've tried to find a way to contact this without any luck.i don't know what this is where it is never used this for anything I've had the amount of ***** taken from my checking account 2 months now and want and need my money returned..they know how to take it out without my consent so put it back I live on fixed income need my money returned thank you

    On September 5th 2023, I purchsed 4 bags of wood pellets for my smoker through the ShopSmart site. They charged my credit card (picture loaded) however they then let me know that they were out of stock and they asked if I would wait a few extra weeks and I would get 5% a discount. I said yes. Few weeks later still no items so they then offered me a 10 % discount to wait a few more weeks so I said yes again. By October 31st they still did not have the items so I asked to be reimbursed and they said yes it would take a few days. I have yet to be reimbursed and they now nolonger reply to my emails ! This company *** total scam and you need to do something about this !!! Thank you for any help you can provide.

    Purchase date was August 22/2023 ** Smart Shop ****** ***********, **. Was where the transaction occurred on my credit card.The order was for some summer shorts. After several weeks have passed, I sent an email and was told the product was on backorder. I said I would wait another couple of weeks as they said they will arrive.Approximate 4-6 weeks ago around mid October I demanded a full refund towards my credit card. They told there will be a refund but could take up th 10 business days. Here we are December 5th and still nothing and no reply to my request by email. *****************

    I ordered a fridge online and there was no indication that it was out of stock. The attached email discussions shows how long we waited before having to cancel the order. Shop Smart agreed to cancel and refund our money but a month later we still do not have a credit on our card.They are now not answering us.

    Placed an order September 2023. 3 weeks later was advised product still on back order. I then asked to cancel order and refund money. Two weeks later still no resolve. Again asked to cancel order and refund money. Was advised order was cancelled and money would be refunded within 10 business days. After 15 business days reached out again to enquire about refund. Was asked to wait a couple more days. It has now been another week and still no refund! These people are crooks and obviously take pride in hurting hard working people out of their money. I will not be seeking assistance from police and taking legal action.

    I order 3 containers of *** pork rinds squalling just over $70. I received confirmation of my order and the payment has gone through my credit card. I have not received any info on shipping and Ive tried to call and email with no responses. I would like a full refund.

    I ordered smoked ******** online from Shop Smart ******. Several weeks later they emailed me to tell me that they didn't have the item in stock. They asked me whether I wanted a refund or keep the order active. I asked them to keep the order active until they receive the product. Last week, they sent me another email asking me to pay the original invoice (#****) to receive the product. I was under the impression that I had already paid the original invoice. Base on my credit card statements, it doesn't look like they had billed me. I paid the invoice (see attachment) in full, unsure whether they were billing from a second time or for the first time.Lo and behold, now they claim that I need to provide a different mailing address for them to be able to ship the product to my house downtown Toronto. Their company is based in ***********, 20 minutes from my house. I emailed them to cancel the order and get a refund, but I haven't received it. It's been a bad client experience from start to finish and I just want a refund and will steer clear from their website going forward.

    On July 24th I placed an order for a smart helmet for $39.95 plus expedited insured shipping of $4.95. I have emailed to find out where my package and not received a response.
