    On November 2nd 2024 I placed an order for $130 which is still processing . They have removed the ability to contact them on their website, and dont allow comments or messages on social media

    On December 7, 2024 I placed an order from Woof Clothing spending a total of $252.83 after using a $250 gift card. All of the items that were ordered were, at the time of purchase, listed as in stock (not on back order or as a crowdfunding campaign) and available in the sizes, colors, etc. that I wanted. Since 12/7/2024 I have not received an update about the status of my order or any items that it contains and as of today (2/10/2025) my account on the website still shows the order as "processing". After placing the order I believe that the business committed to fulfilling the order and providing me with the clothing that was in the order. There is no way to contact the business to inquire about my order. For example, the support email (that I emailed on 12/23/2025) has an automatic response of "This email account no longer accepts messaging, so that messages go through our ** help system on the website first...". The ** help system on the website no longer exists. And direct messages to the Instagram account of the business are closed. This does not inspire confidence that the business will at any time in the near future fulfill my order.

    I placed a preorder back in April 2024 and the order still says processing and it's now September. I had bought these swim shorts to use on vacation because they said it would be around June that they would ship. I have reached out now a few times and cannot get any customer service to assist me. I tried using their "bro bot" chat feature and cannot get results and I have also emailed the business. No one will respond to me and I am extremely frustrated. I would like a refund

    Woof clothing has no access to customer support. I placed an order at the beginning of June, that was not fulfilled until mid September. The items I received were not the items I ordered, and I have repeatedly tried to reach out for support. They are clearly the wrong size, though marked as the correct size. I ordered a size small, and received either XL or 2XL. I took measurements of the leg opening and waist, and compared it to their size chart on the website. I am unable to fill out more support tickets, and the two I are still unfilled after over a month. I want to send these items back to the company and get my money back. I do not want store credit, I have no desire to do business with this brand again

    In a plain violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, this business continues subscribing me to their emails even though I have unsubscribed 5 times. I want my information deleted and no further contact from the business.

    They will not honor my unsubscribe requests. I want to receive NO further communication from this very questionable company and ensure that my info has been deleted and has not and will not be sold.

    amount I paid, in full: $85.33 this was a pre-order for a product yet to be made, but they required payment in full ahead of production.My purchase was on November 18, 2022 and on November 30, 2022, I received an email that my pre-order product had been released and was now available on the site.However, I never received further communication nor did I ever receive the product that I purchased. Its now been over 7 months since purchase date and still no product received.Ive written to *****, the owner, numerous times on his website, on social media and even tried calling but the number listed is "not in service." He has never responded.The order number is #******* and the products in dispute are two pairs of shorts.What are my options for resolution since the owner has taken my money but not delivered the product and has now gone M.I.A?

    On 11//12/2022 I ordered a pair of WOOF Freeball Mesh Gym Shorts, in Black, *************** Cost including tax and shipping was $63.50 that was charged to my ***** Order #*******, delivered 11/21/2022. The shorts were too large and I wanted to exchange them for a size Small. I followed the instructions on their website and I returned the original shorts on 11/22/2022 and I filed a Customer Support Ticket. I have Proof of Delivery of the return to Woof Clothing via **** Tracking #********************** that it was signed for at 5:57pm on 11/25/2022. It is now June 15, 2023 - 7 MONTHS later and to this date Woof Clothing has NEVER responded to my Customer Support Ticket (I subsequently sent follow up messages and 2 additional tickets requesting help with this). They have NOT refunded my money or provided a Store Credit and they have kept the shorts that I returned (and likely have re-sold them and now been paid twice for that pair!) Is this not illegal?? I have tried reaching Woof Clothing by their Customer Support portal, via email and by telephone with no response. At this point I want my Credit Card to be fully refunded in the amount of $63.50 as I am already out the additional $7.50 that I had to pay **** for the return shipping. They have no legal right to charge me anything or keep any of my money.Anything you can do to assist in getting a full refund processed would be greatly appreciated.

    In purchased shorts in Feb 2023. They were defective and I followed the websites instructions for return. I mailed them back on 3/3/23 and I have proof they received about 2 weeks later. They moved and did not update the address on the website at the time I sent them back so it took about an extra week for them to arrive at the merchant. I have opened 2 tickets on their website to find out the status and I have heard nothing, and there is no other method to contact them. I asked for them to send me another pair and I would love to have the shorts.

    Ordered clothing on 11/3/22. Credit card charged for over $100.Received a tracking number and shipping label created on 11/30/22. As of today, 2/9/23, items still not received by **** for shipping.Have filed multiple support requests only to receive canned messages about how they are a one man show and cant reply to support requests until new orders are fulfilled. Meanwhile, I get multiple emails every day marketing their products.At this point, I just want my credit card credited.
