I placed a "Pre-Sale" order for two items (Order #*******) on 11/22/22. I was emailed later on that they were shipped, but the tracking on **** still says "Label created, package not yet received by ****". I have created two help desk tickets, and messaged the owner on Instagram. It is now 1/31/23 and I have yet to receive my order, and have still not heard a word back from the owner in any form. I would like my messages responded to with an update, and my order be delivered to my shipping address. If for some reason he is unable to deliver my order, he should let me know, and then issue a refund to me.Initial Complaint

In late November, I placed an order online. I quickly realized I got the sizes wrong. I immediately followed up with an email explaining that I would like to change the sizes. I then kept getting emails that my order was in process even though I had placed a service ticket and sent emails, I was then told that my order has been shipped. I had heard nothing about my email I have since received the package and returned it. My complaint is that the owner is not looking at nor responding to any of the emails or help desk tickets hes been receiving. All I need is for him to process my return so I can get credit. he claims to have a 110% guarantee. Its been over a month. I expect approx $116 in credit so I can fulfill the Xmas gift I was unable to receive in time.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of shorts on November 30th 2022. As of December 26th the shorts have not arrived and my tracking number shows packing label created. On the woof website the order is completed in their eyes. I have tried calling the number and no response. as well as opening up a ticket like the website tells you to. Nothing has been done about the open ticket. If you ?? at the website and ******** reviews its hard to find a bad comment about them. What really ***** is the email saying order before this date and time and get guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Well if you cant deliver from November what makes you think you can deliver before Christmas. Will Never do business again.Initial Complaint

I received an $450 order from this company in August (order number *******), a week later I followed the websites instructions for returns and set back half of the items. Since then I have tried sever times to reach anyone at Woof Clothing to get help on this return. I have tried the support@woofclothing, no response. I've tried the request for support ticket feature on their website, but it has a bug that does not allow for tickets to be submitted. The phone number for this company is a long message that offers no help. Also, their instagram and ******** pages have a message option, but again I get no response there either.Initial Complaint

On 7/22/23 I ordered 2 pairs of shorts (order #*******) which were delivered. At the time return policy posted on their website was full refund for anything returned within 60 days. It has since changed to say refunds are store credit only. I sent one pair of shorts back for return and tracked it as delivered to a person on 9/2. Now more than 2 months later I have received no refund nor any communication. I have reached out many times and received no communication back. The first was an email on 9/28. About a month later (2 weeks ago from today) I returned to their website and discovered they now have a support portal so I filed a ticket requesting that they provide me a refund to my credit card (not store credit) per their policy both when I made the purchase as well as sent back the shorts for return. No answer. A week later (one week ago from now) I followed up via their portal to the inquiry and have still not heard anything. It has been 2.5 months since the shorts have been returned and I have heard nothing from the company and at this point have no confidence they will respond. I am seeking a refund of $47.50 to my original form of payment per the return policy when I placed the order as well as when I returned the order.Initial Complaint

I ordered two pairs of shorts 30 days ago. I got an order email confirmation and was charged on my credit card. Woof clothings website mentions to login to your account to check order status. I log into my account and it shows no orders yet! I emailed woof clothing twice and did not get a response. They dont answer phone calls and I have received nothing in the mail. On May 2, 2022, I placed an order for two pairs of Woof Freeball Mesh Training Shorts on what they claimed was a pre-order sale with an expected delivery date of June 1-6, 2022. I paid $54.18 for one pair and $58.18 for the other pair. On May 3, 2022, I received emails for both orders stating they were in the shipping process, but since that date the status of the shipment for both orders has not changed from Shipping Label ************* Awaiting Item - *********, ** - *********. Ive searched endlessly for any sort of customer support options to reach the company about this, but have come to realize that there is no option to do so. After reading countless reviews from other customers stating they paid anywhere from $60-500, but never received their items, I now assume that I have been robbed of my money as well. Ultimately, I want the items that I paid for. But if that is not going to happen, Id expect a full refund at the very least. Ive listed my account, order, and tracking information below. I purchased products from this retailer on October 23, 2021 and have not received the order nor any response via email from them about the order - order *******. On their web site they provide terrible responses to why they are not able to provide their product or offer refunds. They complain that they don't have enough employees or shipping issues; never the owners fault. He will never answer emails and when you send the company an email it comes back that they will not provide a timely response. I have emailed them at least 6 times since not receiving the order. I have only attached one email I sent, but I have more.
