Horizon direct has been coming out of my bank account for the past couple of months and I am just now finding out a way to get ahold of someone. I need all the money that was taking out of my account put back in there it has been a lot I am a single mom and thats alot of money especially when you are not using it and dont even know what it is for. This needs to be resolved asap!Horizon Direct

Moving forward, you will not incur any further charges related to this subscription.
We also want to emphasize that we are fully transparent with our subscription offer. During checkout, customers are always given the option to click NO, Thank you to decline any extra products or subscription services. We regret that this may not have been clearly understood, and we will take your feedback into account to improve communication in the future.

SCAM business, found had been charging my mom's credit card, for "orders" made at supposedly odd hours in the middle of the night - impossible! monthly, since 2023. Catching this now, disputing with the credit card company. What the **** does this company pretend to do.. Please someone shut these scam companies down.Horizon Direct

We just received an unauthorized $39.95 charge from them on our *********** card. We NEVER placed an order from them or ordered their services. They're definitely a SCAM business. HorizonDirect definitely needs to be shut down, and hard.Horizon Direct

I do not like being scammed. I did not sign up for any subscription! Please cancel and give me back my money. This is very deceptive practices! I bought a cleaning product 1 time purchase to see if it worked. (Which it did not so what it claimed)! On November 10, 2024 Horizon Direct charged my debit account $39.95, I did not authorize this company to charge my account or **** up for their service. This must be a scam. I have read many negative complaints about this company regarding a purchase of Splash products that do not work. They prey on people & charge $39.95 every month. If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered their bathroom cleaner many months ago, and never saw anything that stated I was entering into a subscription - one that did not include getting a product; rather, one that only withdrew from my credit card account. I finally tracked down what that recurring withdrawal was from my credit card account, found a phone number and called. Many thanks to the others before me, because Im sure it was due to your complaints the woman answering the phone did not hesitate to give me a refund and a confirmation number for the termination of this debacle. However, it still remains to be seen if that money is deposited back into my account! This teaches me to look more regularly and more closely at my bank and credit card accounts!Horizon Direct
