      I placed 1 order but they sent me 2. I did not want or order 2. I paid for the items but was not aware of any membership fee for $39.95.

      If I could give less than one star, I would. I ordered their bathroom cleaner many months ago, and never saw anything that stated I was entering into a subscription - one that did not include getting a product; rather, one that only withdrew from my credit card account. I finally tracked down what that recurring withdrawal was from my credit card account, found a phone number and called. Many thanks to the others before me, because Im sure it was due to your complaints the woman answering the phone did not hesitate to give me a refund and a confirmation number for the termination of this debacle. However, it still remains to be seen if that money is deposited back into my account! This teaches me to look more regularly and more closely at my bank and credit card accounts!

      Are you kidding me? These people charged my card for $39.95 for a subscription that I never agreed to. I never agree to a subscription until I am satisfied with a product. I tried their product, it didn't work as stated on their website or, at all. I trashed it. Beware! Do not purchase their so called foaming bathroom toilet cleaner. DOES NOT WORK!

      I really want to give 0 ?,s.I have been charged $39.95 by a company I have not heard of. HORIZON DIRECT. I tried to contact this company, 2 phone calls, 2 email's. They don't respond to either (to buzy?) My bank has never heard of thus company, they have disputed, and issued me a new card. I do not have the patience or the time and even want to rectify someone's wrong doing

      This company is a SCAM. A charge showed up on my credit card and was declined by my bank (date 4/4). The next morning, I received an "order confirmation" e-mail for an order placed on 4/5. I discovered a second charge attempt on my credit card (also declined). I called my bank and disputed the charge. The card has been cancelled.This card never leaves the house. I use it to pay some on-line purchases and any work I have to have done on the house. I had a job done late last week and another done on Tuesday. Both companies are reputable. I had not dealt with the second company before and I suspect my information may have been accessed through them. If I need their services again, I will pay by check.

      I just received an email from Horizon Direct that says order confirmation # *******. in the amount of $19.95. Dated February 12,2024. This is a Scam! I didn't order anything from them. And they charging me $19.95. They didn't specify what kind of order is it.

      Scammers!! I dont even know what I allegedly subscribed to!! Went through my PayPal account to my checking account! $39.95 is pending in my checking account right now and I dont even know what I even subscribed to!!

      I was charger $19.95 on my credit card. I did not authorize this charge .Now I have to cancel my card and wait 10 days for a new one. What an inconvenience just before Christmas. This is a total scam.

      As stated by others a $39.95 charge went to my bank account I did not authorize. Fortunately my bank thought is was a scam and declined the charge. I had to get a new card. All happened today. If they try to get your hard earned dollars please don't just read about it. File a complaint so these people get shut down.
