    SIZING IS WAY OFF. I RETURN THE WETSUIT IN THE SAME BOX AFTER ONE TRY ON AT A COST OF $25. WETSUIT WAS IN NEW CONDITION. XTERRA SAID THERE WAS A *** IN THE WETSUIT (THIS IS A COMMON RESPONSE, SEE OTHER BBB REIEWS. I ASKED FOR A PICTURE OF THE *** WITH THE WETSUIT SERIAL NUMBER IN THE SAME PICTURE. I GOT TWO PICTURES ONE OF AN OBLIVIOUS OLD ***PED WETSUIT AND ANOTHER OF MY WETSUIT. OF COURSE YOU CAN'T CALL THEM AND THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO MY FOLLOW UP EMAILS. I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Wetsuit is fine but beware of sizing. Although they advertise that they will allow exchanges this is not Amazon and you will be paying for shipping multiple times. Size chart showed me squarely in Medium Long but I needed a Large. Paid for shipping for the original order, paid to ship it back, and paid for shipping on correct size. $50 shipping for a $150 wetsuit and I'm going on a month waiting for refund.

    I ordered a pair of Lava shorts but I didnt like the fit. I returned them but never received a refund. I left messages on the phone but never received a call back. Was never able to speak to anyone, phone always went to voicemail. I also emailed and never got a response. Horrible service. Ive used Roka on many occasions and had incredible service.

    I ordered a wetsuit for an upcoming triathlon, but it was too small, so I emailed support to ask for an exchange. A woman named ******* told me that they would not exchange, and that I needed to send it back and reorder the correct size. I sent the wetsuit back in perfect condition through *** two days after receiving it. I have proof of delivery from *** that the package was received at ***************** to someone at Xterra reception. I was never, however, refunded the money I paid for the wetsuit. I have emailed multiple times asking where the refund is and no one is responding to my emails. Avoid this company at all costs! They will only steal from you. This is a disgrace to ********************** and, based on the terrible reviews from various sites online, I cannot believe this company is still in business. I have submitted a claim to my attorney general, whose office will investigate the company for fraudulent practices. I encourage every person who was stolen from by Xterra to do the same.

    I have been waiting for a refund on a never-worn wetsuit for two months. No response. My online ******** triathlon group has similar complaints against this company. No after-sales service at all. Do not deal with this company.

    There is no rirect customer service. I bought an item based on their size chart. It was totally wrong, but they would not communicate or honor their mistake. They charge a "restocking" fee even though they falsely post wroing sizes. A very bad business.

    Lets just say their customer service selling products is good. Standing behind there product is ridiculous. I purchased a wetsuit that has stitching in an area coming loose. Totally under their warranty description. Only problem they will not reply back to your emails. Tried multiple times. Been a real disappointment. Id advise to buy a product from another company that stands behind there product.

    Returned a really expensive wetsuit 3 days after the return period ended. They wouldn't give me a refund - fine. They said they could give me a $50 credit or send me back the wetsuit again for $15. I've sent over 15 emails, because they don't have a phone number or any other way to reach them, since December. Its now June and out of the 2 responses I've received, they keep giving me the run around. They clearly have no intention of offering any credit. This is outrageous. How are they still in business? This has to stop.

    After I had already placed an order for 2 wetsuits, I read online that Xterra's return policy is a scam: they claim that a flawless wetsuit (something you only try on in your own living room) is damaged and refuse to give you a refund. Surely enough, when I returned one of the wetsuits (in mint condition and perfectly and neatly packaged, expecting that they might try to scam me too), they came back saying the wetsuit was damaged and would not refund my purchase. They of course never replied to my request to send pictures of the "damaged" wetsuit. And they were not interested in my pictures of the perfectly packaged wetsuit. Finally I got my money back after disputing this fraudulent charge with my credit card company. Avoid these scammers at all costs. Do not reward this kind of behavior.
