1 starDO NOT PARK THERE unless you are prepared to loose 2 to 4 hours of your life trying to exit that poorly designed garage. There are at least 5 lanes trying to merge into one just to get to the lower floor (exit floor), which then merges with the downstairs lanes. In the morning they have plenty of staff directing traffic to park, but after that they had no one. For the first hour we haven't moved an inch. Then they finally got some one to direct downstairs (not upstairs which was the most congested area.) Then we started to move a little bit at the time. We tried finding a manager to get someone to direct the traffic, but instead of addressing the problem, they told us WELCOME to **. I have parked in plenty of DC garages and never have experience something this bad. Poor design, poor management. Avoid at all cost. We tried leaving at 2:15pm and did not exit till after 4:30pm.Review fromThomas C

1 starAce Parking is extremely unprofessional. I was charged a parking fee by **************** upon checking in. When exiting, Ace Parking charged us twice the posted amount even though we had already paid. At this point, I had paid 3 times what we were supposed to. I proved to Ace that I already paid Great Wolf Lodge for parking and provided them with the *** receipt. They would not get back with me even after several emails. Great Wolf made it right and I am thankful for that. I would avoid doing business with Ace Parking. They deserve a 0 star review but it wouldn't allow me to do so. I assume they think if they over charge people and ignore them, that is OK. I felt it important to leave this information to alert others.Review fromAndy R

1 starTHIS IS A SCAM. Told to pre-pay for parking but the barcode I received didn't work on-site so I had to pay again. The next day I requested a refund for the pre-payment but they wouldn't refund the full amount. Had to resolve it with my credit card company.Review fromWil S

1 starStill waiting on someone to help me with a vandalism that happened on premesis during a stay at omni shoreham in **. Sleeping valet agent upon getting car, 2 busted windows, stolen wheel parts, stolen cash, and computer. Offered no help while my 3 children sat on a curb and my wife cleaned up broken glass. I ended up with glass in foot and 3 hours later we were able to leave. Refunded half of my valet with no written record of that through the hotel. Ofference to pay for a car detail then ghosted. 50 + emails, dozens of calls, and hours trying to seek some retribution for their negligence. Needless to say many of the interactions with staff and the amount of pursuing I had to do was beyond frustrating and the level of apathy towards my issue was extremely Never written a review or ever even cared. However, this was the most disheartening and frustrating experience with any company I've ever had.Review fromBrad F

1 starDo not work for this company!!! They have no integrity, and all the management is corrupted from the district manager ******************* to the regional manager ***************************. Big egos who do not care about anyone below them, unless you are their favorite. They will hire you for 40hours on paper and then once hired will only give you 16 hours a week despite years of experience and will justify by saying it goes by seniority. If you are the kind of person who values up front honesty and respect from management then DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! This is one of those places where the authority is the truth, not the truth as the authority. They value employees who have been caught stealing multiple times from the company and who call off twice a month on cue and show up late for every shift consistently with excuses and an attitude, over ones who value their jobs, are honest, and never miss a day or show up late. They will put bad employees like ***************************** with little man syndrome on probation for a year and with multiple thefts and aggressive incidents during that time, rather than get rid of the trash and put in good employees. They instead exploit and eventually burn out the good ones to keep it dark like the streets there. This location is in the tenderloin and the management belongs there too. Maybe they make good money, but their hearts are fit for the bottoms of h*** A hopelessly run down location with parking prices that are higher than other garages in the area. A dead-end job and a final ****** for one who has spent so much time dealing with corporate ******** that it feels like the streets of the tenderloin itself. Good Riddance!!!!Review fromC.K. E

1 starAt the ************* Parking lot, I parked my car in the valet for a trip. Upon picking it up, a runner damaged (scratched/dented) my car with a hardcase suitcase. I immediately talked to the runner about it o apologies at all just told someone else to handle it. The next guy was so nice and helped me fill out a report. Manager NEVER contacted me. Avoided my email and phone call. Corporate is taking nearly a month to resolve this issue. The email I was sent was a rejection and I called about getting an appeal. When I stated I witnessed the guy hitting my car, they said "Oh you were there?". This proved that they NEVER watched the video as I was told they would. I even had a witness with me who also submitted a letter. I still haven't heard back. They will never receive my business ever again. I hope those who use them will make sure to inspect their car before and video tape when picking up their car just in case and to avoid what I went through. The Corporate email said it was expedited but that was two weeks ago. The damage happened early June. I feel very scammed. They damaged my car and I haven't received an email in response to the appeal. Just all around unprofessional.Review fromKy M

1 starReturned after leaving my truck here for a week to find that it was stolen! Was told by the supervisor that the footage showed that the thieves drove my truck out thru the entrance. He said they unfortunately dont have tire spikes and unfortunately the barrier arm at the entrance is movable if a car just drives through it. Do not leave your car here. They have no security precautions. Even an 8 level parking structure will not prevent a thief from stealing a car.Review fromDorothy A

1 starI prepaid parking reservations for the airport 15th-19th and scanner didn't work so I took a ticket and upon exiting on the 19th the qr code still didn't work and was forced to to pay $190 to exit..I've sent multiple emails to multiple people including ************************* and nothing has been resolved, I guess I'll fight my credit charge because I honestly feel I was scammed!Review fromMoh A

1 starI recently visited the ACE Parking garage at ***************************************, specifically to use the Tesla charging stations. Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue: all available chargers were non-functional. This situation was made worse by the absence of any signage indicating the chargers were out of order.Despite paying $8 for parking, I was unable to charge my vehicle, which was the sole purpose of my visit. I found this particularly frustrating, as there was no immediate resolution or acknowledgement from the management when I raised this concern. My subsequent attempts to seek a refund for the parking fee, given the inability to access the expected service, were met with refusal. Emailed back and forth with SD operations manager **** and her supervisor and ******. They were absolutely unhelpful and evading responsibility.This lack of reliable infrastructure maintenance and customer service responsiveness at this location.I advise fellow Tesla drivers to be cautious when considering this garage for charging purposes. The reliability of the charging stations and the management's approach to addressing customer issues are areas that desperately need improvement.FIND ANOTHER SUPERCHARGER
