      I had stayed at *********************************** in *************. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO RENT FROM. Worst apartment experience I have ever had. My AC leaking repair didnt come for 2 days. Never came to replace AC filter they just left it on the couch for me to handle. Infested with scorpions. The office managers dont take issues seriously. Hot tub didnt work for over 10 months and trash everywhere on the property. STAY AWAY!!!

      I lived at MG Properties Carillon for the past six years. During my move out pre-inspection, the employee stated that they always replace the carpet if you have pets because of the pet smell. I was charged for a partial carpet replacement although the term of the lease exceeded the lifespan of the carpet. You pay for a ********** of ***** and Power bill as well as a Southern ************** bill. ******** adds monthly charges onto the rent for water base charge, water heating, pest control, sewer, trash, and water.Parents let their young kids run unsupervised after 10:00 pm. Residents throw their trash onto the trash room floor which is right next to the parking garage. When I was walking from the parking garage into the hallway, the smell was usually very terrible with trash piled up. There was always a large amount of silverfish and cockroaches and spiders in the apartment. I could smell cigarette and marijuana smoke coming through my bathroom vent.The smoke alarms go off regularly which ring very loudly on the outside of the property, the hallways and inside your bedroom. The alarms usually continue to ring for about 20 minutes. The office told me the reason it takes so long to shut off the alarm is because an employee has to go to the office and identify the alarm, then go and physically look at the alarm to make sure there is no fire and then return to the office and shut off the alarm. The adjacent property has a fire alarm system that has been ringing regularly Both of these alarm systems interfere with any amount of quietness or sleep you are seeking.One of the worst health issues was that residents left their dog f**** in the hallways, on the walkways and on the grass in the dog areas. The management regularly sent out notices warning residents to put the animal waste in bags and dispose of it properly. ******** has had several management changes and the property appears to continually have more and more problems.

      This company acquired an apartment complex in *****************The address is ****************. South. I lived in one of these units for 11 years and two months. When I moved out, they charged me for replacing all of the carpeting, painting, and re-surfacing a vinyl tub, which had a warranty of approximately 5 to 6 years. I disputed these charges due to normal wear and tear Per Arizona landlord and tenant recommendation. I formally submitted an email to MG Properties in June 19, 2024 and they replied that by June 21, they would communicate with me. There has been no communication from them yet. Today is July 9. Very poor Customer Service!Do not rent from this company!

      MG Properties have no care as to the welfare of their tenants .. Andorra Apartments in ********* is a gated community I have an upstairs neighbor whom they allowed to rent with 3 small children, a girlfriend and the guy who was caught smoking cigarettes and weed openly .. the noise that these people do have complained and reported to management and their after hours security for over a year A bad bad people .. we felt so unsafe .. in a gated community You are not able to enjoy and relax in your own home, and we pay enormously .. we decided to break our lease and made us pay the 2 months rent too No actions were taken .. a *******, staff even had the idiotic suggestion to move us in another apartment .. hello, the problem is the people above us not us They maybe know someone to get away with it .. or they are in cahoots with these people as they make you feel that it's our fault The owner will need to stay aware as the staff are taking advantage of situations and they are loosing good decent tenants

      If I can give MG Properties a 0 star review I would. The only saving ***** in these apartment complexes is ********* at the front desk. Other than that TRASH management. *******, the property manager is rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Will tow your car with an up to date registration, brand new tires, and well working car for not moving it in a DESIGNATED parking space over the weekend when we had no use for the car. They will make you pay for the fees and blame it on the owner when the car is indeed operable and NOT stored. They wont consider any supporting documents or evidence. Management truly doesnt do their job and will not listen. Incompetent and they dont do their job. These insensitive people will only try to take your money. Save yourself a heartbreak and dont rent with MG properties!!! You have been warned!!

      When we were all set to move in, ****h 2020. The day before move ****, an employee, told us there had been a mix-up. The unit that we had reserved had been leased to someone else by mistake. They offered us a different unit with a slightly worse view. We really had no choice but to accept, as we had already ended our existing lease elsewhere. When we moved in, the carpet in the bedroom had clearly not been replaced or even cleaned. There was a large stain on the bedroom carpet. We purchased a large carpet piece to cover it.When we moved out, we had the place professionally cleaned. It was in better shape than we found it. Video available. We scheduled a walk-throughs for the last Saturday of our lease. We called a couple of days before and they said we dont do walk-throughs on Saturdays. I informed them that they had scheduled it on a Saturday. They found an employee to meet us at the unit. He took no notes and just looked around and left. About a month later we received a notification of a balance due. We replied, asking for clarification on a couple of items and added that, given what is noted above, we will not be paying any cleaning fees, or for carpet. Several weeks later we received a phone call. They knew nothing about our reply to their email. A week later we received an email that no changes will be made, and we still owe the money. No explanation we asked for regarding the charges.Central Billing called us on the behalf of The **** and offered to take 20% of the incorrect bill. We declined. We are also unclear on how our security deposit was applied to any of this. Eventually, they referred this to a debt collector, and reported this to credit agencies as an unpaid debt.In short, it is clear this companys business model is to rip residents off when they move out.

      Fraud! I applied to block c and they took a literal month for my application and gave me ******************************************** else they would cancel. They would tell me to go to the bank on Friday at 5:30 pm and had to give them the stuff they need on Saturday let alone calling out from work constantly to get all these things that werent even on the application beforehand and being told they have what I need just to add more that evening. They never even ran a credit check and would refuse to answer, but would call when Im working so I go to call back just to be sent to voicemail. They wanted me to have my current complex call them to verify living there instead of reaching out themselves and due to it being Christmas I was unable to have my complex call (nobody was working obviously) so I had to pull my application. I was moving due to my roommate stealing my whole identity and thousands and I ended up being scammed by them as well (mandatory $300 holding fee + 2 application fees)months later I find out they didnt even run a credit check even though they had WEEKS to do it. Insane I loved the place and now myself along with others willing to move in asap are staying away.

      I was a lived at the property in **** ** for 9 years. Had a hole in our ceiling and water leaking into the apartment for 8 years. NO ONE would fix it. FINALLY after 8 years it was fixed but never tested for mold. My husband recently passed and I signed another 1 year lease just myself, but after that I knew I need to move forward. I found the perfect place to start the new chapter of my life, and asked them manager what was needed to leave early (exactly 1 month & 16 days). She said all she needed was a doctors note which I provide. With no response I reached out to find out if I could leave early and she said oh I'm sorry we need another form filled out by your doctor. Will it was to late and January's rent was due and to provide 30 day notice. I paid January plus the prorated rent for February 1st thru the 16th. I cleaned my apartment and left it the way I found it with the exception of normal wear and tear after 9 years. Today got may FINALLY move out statement and they are charging me $ ****** cleaning fee ( mind you they are remodeling the whole appointment) plus $381.00 bath tub resurfacing fee. When I called the office of the complex and questioned this charge they had the nerve to tell me the bath tub was NOT in the same condition as when I moved in. REALLY!!!!! It has been 9 years!!! This is ridiculous, the office staff are rude and management is unavailable and useless

      DO NOT LIVE AT THEIR ******** PLACE LOCATION. Im moving to a sister location where Im being treated with respect. We were the first ones to live here before the previous property company sold it and this new staff of mean girls came in. Its been so terrible we are being forced to leave because we cant stand the passive aggressiveness, harassment, and lack of respect to their tenants. I have never lived someplace where they are as greedy as this one. The front office here is sickening. They have charged us ridiculous fees and will literally harass you after you ask them to stop with knocking on your door mid day and bombarding your emails. Even unprofessional ones calling what we are showing as strange. *** had renters insurance and due to a misunderstanding with my company there was a 2 day laps. Even though I showed proof that it was the companies misunderstanding they have been harassing us for $50 like their life depends on it. Were moving out in less than a month. ******* hydro their assistant manager is extremely passive aggressive. When I mentioned our *** was for a veteran with PTSD, she said well not every veteran with PTSD needs an ***. When applying she asked for our roommates drug screening for her job to go through first to qualify for her income wise then went on to tell me that not everyone passes their drug tests and that theres a tenant that they had issues with. Even after my roommate passed, she still refused to use her income. The complex is disgusting. There is p*** all over. They pick and choose who they follow laws with. Im writing to the attorney general regarding all of my issues as well as encouraging everyone who has reached out to me that lives here asking what they need to do about her as well. They hate their tenants and will treat you like you are their enemies. I have a lot more stories that wont fit here but I will be sure to report this business and their unethical behavior.

      Dont move here. Staff has access to your unit and can walk in whenever they chose to and say they had complaints. I talked about this with some other tenants and many of them have had the same experience. Their staff while harass you if you ever do have a complaint. I had to break my lease because I felt completely violated every time one of their staff members felt like they could just walk into my apartment with no notice. I did let the police know and they suggested I get a ring camera. They then sent me a notice saying my neighbors didnt feel comfortable with the camera so I was asked to remove it.
