I have reached out to the apartments and atty on the letter without a response to provide all the documentation to validate the claim as it would be fraud by anyone using my name, they have failed to respond or provide me with any of the following information requested which will prove to be fraud and lack of due diligence by the apartment in renting to someone in fraud. ? Copy of executed lease agreement ? Identification provided for the lease agreement ? Income verification documentation for the lease agreement ? Asset documentation provided for the lease agreement ? Proof of deposit source provided for the lease agreement ? Copy of credit report pulled during the lease’s approval ? Copy of lease application including references, etc. ? Any other documentation provided at the time of the lease’s execution To be clear, I am still disputing this debt as fraud. This is not my debt and not my name. This firm refuses to acknowledge my requests for documentation outside of this forged move out statement with my old name on it to prove their claim. It is unlawful for them to request that I prove my innocence by sending them sensitive information that I should not have to provide. They have not responded to me outside of email and have not sent me my requested documents. They would prove that it was not be who allegedly leased the apartment in question, as the documents do not exist. They are not cooperating and are refusing to investigate. Only asking that I send them documents that are sensitive and private in nature. The apartment have also not returned my many calls. No one is responding to me.Business Response

The business is a scam. The toll free number is not a business number. When dialed there is no live party to accept the phone call. The voice mail does not acknowledge the entity of the business nor anyone in the previously attached documents. This bogus company is attempting to defraud and extort monies for a false debt.Business Response

An invitation to call an 800 number with no professional affiliation to the correspondence letterhead and no live person to answer the 800 number, instead a personal greeting and no name of the person is a SCAM. The correspondence is an attempt to extort money when I do not owe the money demanded. No proof of breach of contract has been provided. The owner of the property is attempting to defraud a former tenant through an illegitimate third party in an attempt to bamboozle money that is not due to the property/owner. Please expose both the fake business and their representative **************** Apartment property management and owner.Initial Complaint

Account Number: ******** Original Creditor: Canyon Village Apartments Amount: $1,224 Reason for collections: rental apartment It's clear that you're trying to evade the issue at hand. I may not be your law firm's client, but that doesn't absolve Canyon Village Apartments from its obligation to provide the original contract I requested. Your refusal to address this fundamental request is concerning. You mention privacy interests and federal law, but you fail to provide any legitimate reason for withholding the contract. I have the right to know the terms and conditions that supposedly make me liable for this debt. Your assertion that you're willing to cooperate is nothing but a vague promise without substance.I demand transparency and accountability. If you have documentation related to this debt, then it should be readily available for review. I won't accept evasive responses. Either provide the requested information or provide a compelling reason for not doing so. It's time to address this matter seriously and professionally.Business Response
