      On July 26th, 2024 I received a letter from Kimball, ********************* **** LLP (Debt Collector). The letter stated that "We are trying to collect a debt that you owe to ********************** There is a balance due to ******************** for the amount of $14, ******. The debt for the amount of $14, ****** dates back to December 17, 2020. I Do Not acknowledge this debt. I Do Not confirm the debt is mine. I have never dealt with ********************. I have no idea how Kimball, ********************* **** LLP obtained this false information. This debt/account is not listed on my credit report. I do not have any debts/collections/payments with reference to ********************. I would like to request Kimball, ********************* **** LLP (Debt Collector) to STOP sending me letters with fraudulent requests to pay off the debt.

      I dealt with a very unprofessional woman named ***** and my brother also dealt with a staff member who wouldnt state their names after taking personal information. Very unprofessional. Below is logged email :Good afternoon, I currently tried to get a hold of an attorney from listing below : ***************************, ESQ. *** #****** Kimball, *********** **** LLP ***************************************************************************************************************** PHONE CONVERSATION : [ not really sure of why there was so much unprofessionalism at a Legal establishment]. 357/ *******; Kimball, tirey 358/ - ***** ; receptionist - went straight to voicemail .- left voicemail.- 1600/ callback .- 1601/ HOLD **- 1602/ hold *** [ *********************** ; my brother had phone on speaker to where I overheard her answer that she was going to hang up & block number and to stop fu%^ing calling ].- 1602/ than answered me and told me to have a nice f^cking day as I proceeded to say :Im sorry , excuse me , can you hear me ?!-Hung up , cursed on phone .- 1603/ ***** ; receptionist hung up .

      horrible, They are fake. They are trying to get debts people dont really owe. They speak to you like a ******* and call you a lier. They hung up on me multiple times and were very rude

      A ************************************************************ Dec 2023. Id been trying to get in contact with the person over my case, **********, but he wasnt available 90% of the time. I sent an email in January 2024 to the firm regarding my frustration with trying to get help. A lease buyout was advised to the complex in May 2020 & the move out occurred in June. The amount paid was according to the special provisions in the lease. They stated a carpet cleaning fee & a cleaning fee were applied to the collection. I informed the firm that the ****************** were professionally cleaned. I provided proof of the cleanings, the letter sent to the complex manager regarding the special provision, the mail confirmation that the letter had reached the complex & was signed for, & the buyout fee paid through the complex portal. The complex had no objections in 2020. My email sat in the firms general box until I called regarding an update 2 weeks later. I called multiple times trying to get *********** finally asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to an extremely rude supervisor. I believe her name was ******. She kept cutting me off when I was talking. She told me the amount of money that was paid was for ***** not the lease buyout fee. According to her *********** rent was supposed to be paid in accordance with the lease buyout. I tried to explain that according to the lease special provisions the amount paid was the correct amount and that I sent all that information in an email. She cut me off saying she didnt have time for this and neither did I. She stated she wasnt going to go through the documents over the phone. She said she was already late to a meeting by being on the phone with me. I told her she was rude & the firms customer service was subpar she told me this wasnt customer service. She was mean when I was trying to get help & explain the situation. Im the only one negatively affected and they dont care. Im not comfortable dealing with this company.

      ANYONE WHO HAS AN ISSUE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE *** ASSOCIATON, ATTORNEYS OR HELD TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD WHEN THEY CHOOSE TO ABUSE THEIR POSITION OF POWER BY SENDING OUT FALSE CLAIMS, AKA MORAL TURPTITUDE WHICH AMOUNG 20 OTHER ITEMS CITED IN HIS HIS LETTER WHICH IS WRITTEN AT A THIRD GRADE LEVEL CLAIMING I WAS HARASSING HE PROPERTY MANAGER. THIS PROPERTY MANAGE *** AT ********************* WAS FIRED EVENTUALLY, IT ONLY TOOK ME ******* HOURS AND WARNING MANAGEMNT AT GREYSTAR THAT SHE WAS HAS SERIOUD ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES. SHE BANGED A POLE ON MY FLOOR VACUMMING ONCE AT 5:40 AND ANOTHER NIGHT AT 8:00PM. A LETTER TO A TENANT WHO DOES NOTHING BUT GET HARASSED AND HAVE A POLE SLAMMED ON HIS FLOOR WHO SUFFERS FROM MENTAL HEALTH AND NEVER LEAVES HIS HOUSE HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS WOMAN AND EVERYONE ELSE UNTIL FINALLY GREYSTAR FIRED HER, OR MOVED ON FOR A BETTER OPPORTUNITY. SPEAKING THE ***** IS EASY, I DONT USE WORDS ON OR ABOUT OR CUT AND PASTE THE ***** THAT YOUR OWN COMPANY BROKE SHICH VOIDS THE ***** CONTRACT. RUNNING IT AS AN ILLEGAL AIRBNB BEING WARNED REPETEDLY TILL I GOT 112 PEOPLE LETTERS THAT TOOK ANOTHER 100 HOURS OF MY LIFE. THIS IS A TACTIC ATTORNEYS USE TO GET PEOPLE TO MOVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RENTAL PERIOD, WITH AN AMZING OFFER. NOTHING. AS IN IT COST 10K TO RELOCATE TO THIS UNIT WHICH HAS BEEN CONSTANT HARRASMENT AND EVERY SINGLE ITEM HAS BROKEN BEEN REPLACED AND BROKE AGAIN. THE SHOWER HAS LEAKED FOR 12 MONTHS, I GAVE UP ON IT BUT IT HAS COST MY BUSINESS, MY HEALTH, MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, EMOTIONALLY WELL BEING. THE NEXT TIME YOU WRITE A THREATENING LETTER, HAVE A PARRALEGAL DO SOME RESEARCH ON WHAT IS HAPPENING AT THE PROPERTY. YOU CAN SEE FROM YELP AND OTHER SITES THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. ALSO I WAS PROMISSED 1 MONNTHS OFF MY RENT , ON THE ***** SEVERAL TIMES, ONLY TO SHOW UP AND IT TURNED INTO *****. GREYSTAR AND RVMGMT PROPERTY COMPANIES ARE NOT AWARE IT IS HIGHLY ILLLEGAL TO SET DIFFERENT INNCENTIVES FOR OTHER CLASSES

      Horrible company, trying to get money I don't owe from my previous apartment: they have the wrong name, the wrong address, and a made-up amount that even the (then) landlord of the place confirmed that I don't owe! If I could, I would give zero stars. They are basically thieves in disguise. Beware!

      FIRST OF ALL THEY MUST BE BROKE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE BECAUSE THEY ARE COMING AFTER PEOPLE THAT ARE HELPING THEIR DISABLE CHILD.I WILL FIGHT TO THE END BEFORE THEY GET ANOTHER DIME OUTTA ME AND MY FAMILY.THIS MATTER HAPPEN IN 2017 AND THEY STILL TRYING TO GET BLOOD OUT OF A TURNIP.I WILL BE AT THE ***** OFFICE TO APPEAL THIS MATTER AT ONCE.I AM SEEING THAT THEY ARE NOT ON MY CREDIT REPORT BUT YOU WANT TO GARNISHMENT MY WAGES WHEN I AM WORKING TWO JOBS AS A PART TIME CARE GIVER.THE PROPERTY MANANGMENT COMPANY KICK ME AND YOU STILL WANT ME TO PAY.THE DEVIL IS A LIAR.I WILL FIGHT UNTIL THE END.IF YOU ALL NOT MAKING ENOUGH MONEY FIND ANOTHER CAREER TO FULL FILL YOUR NEEDS.PANDEMIC,PANDEMIC.GOD BLESS,
