  Republic Moving and Storage did an outstanding job getting us from ********* to ********* in June 2024. ********************* and ******* were the best in returning calls and texts and explaining the process. They gave an honest estimate and a clear understanding of insurance options. Moving can be difficult and stressful and we were fortunate to have selected them. The packers did an excellent job with no ******* or china broken. Thank you Republic!

  5 stars for my big long distance move. I was going to do it myself at first because of my fears of damage, cost, etc. From the start my sales rep ********************* assured me I was in good hands with the best company. He answered every question and came in with a better price than everyone else. *************************** was my move coordinator and was always available to assist and very communicative. My driver *************************** and partner for the move ***************************** exceeded my expectations. **** reassured me that my two most important items would be safe, my motorcycle and hydraulic table. He did not disappoint and both were perfect on arrival. Besides being great about communicating with me when I has questions, **** was the nicest guy to get me moved. Both **** and ****** packed, wrapped, and protected all of my items, worked quickly and efficiently, and had the greatest personalities. Considering my pre-move fears, I am thrilled to say this was a 5 star move. If I ever have to move again or refer anyone to a moving company...this is my team. Thank you ***, *******, ************* from the bottom of my heart.

  ********************* and the **** crew did an amazing job in moving my client out recently. It was time sensitive and difficult move out and they stepped up to the challenge and were fair and professional the entire journey. They were just in reaching out to me when they realized I was due a refund. Would.definitely work with this group again

  We just completed a cross-country trip using Republic. *** did a great, efficient job of explaining the process and making a couple adjustments we needed in delivery time. ******* was open to and quick to answer questions that popped up for us. Three people packed us up and 2 unloaded us on the other end through partners of Republic, and we are grateful for all involved.

  Our move from ********* to ********** was well done. Staff were available, communicative, provided clear explanations and help with documents. Load and unload crews were good to work with. The driver had an accident at his home after loading which delayed transport, a test for Republic which they responded to with great speed. We had *********** to contents during the move. Weight was overestimated (which is better than underestimated) and our move coordinator got a refund check to us quickly without us asking, or saying anything about it.

  The movers were amazing. They called and let me know when they were on their way. They were careful with my belongings. Nothing was broken during the move. They kept moving the whole time. Moving is stressful and these guys put me at ease. They all deserve a raise. Thank you Republic Moving. I will definitely tell everyone I know about Republic.

  We have finished the 1st half of our move from ** to ** area. Republic worked person to person after we called an in person estimate. Scheduling was easy. ********************* was amazing, fast and professional. Customer ******************** (***************************) maintained contact and made sure we got a copy of the inventory after move pickup following an email error on our part. The moving crew at pickup were very professional, neat, efficient, polite. And they took great care to avoid damage to both the house and our household goods. Our goods are now in storage with Republic and we are confident we will have a good review in a few months when things are delivered.

  I'd give them negative stars if I could. I contracted with Republic Moving and Storage to move my household goods from *********, **, to *********, **. I was provided with an "estimate" that was "binding" in that I would not be charged more than was estimated. The person who provided me with the estimate told me and my girlfriend that the more we packed ourselves, the less we would ultimately pay for the move. We took him at his word. My goods were packed and loaded into 3.5 containers (the estimate was for 5). I moved in July 2021, my goods did not arrive in ********* until late August, I stored them until October, when I moved into my newly purchased home. I paid the estimated $13,565.25 when they picked up my goods. After getting my goods, unpacking them and assessing damage I contacted *************************** about my refund and damaged goods. He replied that I was not due a refund as the estimate was "binding". Funny, he estimated $711.78 for packing material/labor when in fact the actual material/labor came to $376.75 for an overcharge of $335.03. I was charged $9,200.00 for 5 containers but only used 3.5 ($6,440.00) - overcharge of $2,760.00. Doesn't seem right, what was "estimated"? And, despite contacting him twice, I never received the forms to report damage to property. I didn't think to file with the BBB until I was telling a friend about this experience and they asked if I had thought to file a complaint here. Fortunately for Republic, it's been too long since this occurred so I cannot file an official complaint with them. But I am leaving this here and will do so in other review venues to spread the word about this company's "estimate for moving" scam.... I fell for it paying $3,095.03 for nothing but damaged goods in the end. If this is how Republic Moving and Storage operates, I will never use them again and recommend no one else does either.
