      This is the 4th time this has happened to me. I lived here my whole life had my car for 10 years. When I come to this location I am at the window for over 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to come on the speaker. This last time I had called the location to ask them if their speaker was broken for outside. To take orders. She then told me no. I then told her Ive been sitting at the ordering area for 10 minutes and now theres 5 cars behind me waiting to order. She then came on the speaker to ask what I wanted to order. I then drove up and at this point Im frustrated. Because this is the 4th time Ive waited to order. I had asked her the reason why she didnt take my order right away. She said they didnt detect my car, I then asked her dont you have a camera to see the car there and wouldnt you know which car had ordered before me so then you know Im a new car ready to order? She then said yes. So then I asked them why would you let me sit there while I keep saying hello through the speaker? She shrugged and laughed the entire time after that. So I asked her whos in charge she said her. Her name was Fe. Then I had asked her whos her manager she said someone else shes on vacation for a whole month and kept laughing at me. At this point I was so over it and just left but wanting to make a formal complaint because first of all Ive came here with the exact same car for how long and all of a sudden they cant detect my car? Plus she is laughing the entire time about this. Its unacceptable, my self and others who ate the food got sick right after eating the food. So Im not sure what they did to my food while I was waiting at the window for it. But I want something done!

      On May 7, 2024, I visited a Jack in the box in turlock, ca on *************. I confirmed a mobile order (*****************) & pulled up to the drive thru ordering screen and let them know I was picking up an order for someone else (a female name) that was placed online. I was told that since I ordered online/not directly through the speaker/screen that I was at, I would have to wait for the order. That didn't make any sense to me but I pulled up & waited. When they finally opened the window, they then asked me to pull around & wait out front and explained that was bc I ordered online. I asked, if I would have just not ordered online and ordered at the screen, wouldn't that put me in the same place in line instead of being skipped. I told them ok, I have a baby waiting at home, if I can't have my food, can I just have a refund? They said yes then someone else came over and said no. An employee in the back (large overweight lady) was mad ******* me the whole time. They gave me the food but then I felt uncomfortable trusting that they didn't do anything to it bc she was clearly upset and staring me down looking angry. I gave the bag back, she tried to push it into my window of my truck, I handed it back to her and drove off and she threw the food and bag and whatever else at my truck and scratched it in several places. It needs professional repair at a body shop. I called and the manager called me back once but got my voicemail and won't take my calls when I call him back. Not only did I not get my food/money back, but my personal property was damaged. I want to know that he fired the insane lady who was mad at me for not wanting to wait longer than necessary and be skipped by other cars behind me just bc I had a baby at home to get to. I was treated like garbage, worse than a criminal just for using the app, then my truck was damaged.If I have to go to court, I will be seeking a paint job, attorney fees, lost wages, and compensation for reduced resale value of my truck.

      6/30/2024 Placed a mobile order. Arrived to the store, they claimed the order was never placed and that I would have to figure it out. I asked if they could just remake the order. They refused. Horrible experience. Waited over 30 minutes

      **************************************************************************************************** ********** Order # ***************** send a gift but it was never delivered to the person asking. to the neighbors and they said no Only in the cameras is a man seen knocking on the neighbor's door across the street at the approximate time of delivery and in the follow-up he said that it was a woman who would deliver

      I came to ****-in-the-Box 6/28/24 the one right here right before the American and Mexican border at 9:20 AM. I came to order a Salvador breakfast combo, not the cashier nor the manager knew what I was talking about. They kept insisting that they dont make it for some reason. The funny thing is any other Jack-in-the-Box that I go to they get my order correctly and they know what Im talking about. I dont have to explain.

      Employees are pushing marriage talking about green card making and helping them get legal.Quite frankly I'm tired of it.Two ladies at this location.. one ***** ( I don't know her name ) but the other is ******* ( I guess on the spelling ).The elder lady tries to get me to marry ******* by telling me she needs to be married in 2 months ( this was 5-6 months ago ). Everytime I come to this location and they are working I am being asked.. why don't you date her why don't you buy her flowers..ect.This elder lady has the exact same pick up truck as ******* does. I thought they were even related.I am at a point of contacting the *** to do a sweap on this location. I thought now that the '' 2 months'' she needed a marriage .. has been passed that they would no longer be at this locatikon but everytime I try to do business, they are still there ( I see the two trucks front of the store ).. So I avoid doing business with Jack in the Box near me.. until they arent working, or no longer working there. I'm a nice guy and I don't need the haassment to marry an employee when ordering a burger. Seems ******* doesn't speak English so that is why this elderly lady is trying to play cupid and solve this lady's immergration issues?This happens in front of other staff, this happens in front of managers on duity. I have had enough.I wish to speak to corporate office on this topic.. not the store.

      My order was missing items. Since it was a to go order and I was driving I did not have a chance to check my order until I got to my destination and I was unable to return to the restaurant. The items in my order that I did receive were poor quality. The employees were extremely stingy with the food items and portions were extremely small.

      I placed an order on the website on June 26th, 2024 and they used a third party for delivery. After over an hour of waiting I received a text stating that they cancelled my order. I called the store and they told me they cant help me and they are sorry that my card was charged. I contacted door dash and they said its through the jack in the box website so they couldnt do anything. My order number is: 1ca51326-3587-45ad-a396-b8f5ba550bf6 through jack in the box. My order through third party delivery (DoorDash) is: **********. This is the second time they have done this to me within two weeks
