1 starHad I only read reviews first!!! The salesman was great, the guys at the top directing their employees SUCK! I bought an ** on my visit to ******. Had to arrange the financing so scheduled a trip back the next week. Inspections on the vehicle were not done prior to my pickup. I was there ALL day for them to do the inspection, found out that the batteries were the problem. They literally asked me if I wanted to sleep in the ** in their lot cuz it had to be plugged in all weekend. They literally had to pay for me to stay in a cabin at the **** On Monday morn, they said it wouldn't be ready till after noon. I finally got out of the dealership around 2:30 AFTER I had to remind them that they hadn't fixed the exterior scratches nor had they topped off the fuels .It was a long 5 hour drive home, thru Phoenix traffic. The next day, it became obvious that they had NOT detailed the interior of the vehicle as was promised. One of drawer slides is broken. Unless I was willing to spend a day of my life driving back down to the dealership, they were not willing to pay for me to get it detailed here at home.Review fromSusan W

1 starBought a 2025 Entegra Invision XL in February 2025. First trip out in Feb 2025 wrench light came on. Rv stalled out and we managed to get it to Fortress where we store our rv. Someone came from ******* **** only to say nothing wrong with RV. Second trip out in March of 2025 RV would not change gears. Once again brought rv back to Fortress. Once again **** came to inspect vehicle. Said something was wrong but not sure what. Set up to Be towed to **** for repair 2 weeks in advance. Day of towing **** calls To say no one available to tow. 2 hours later placed a call to **** stating they have now found company to tow. Still do not know yet what is wrong with brand new vehicle. Unacceptable and will not hesitate to file action under Lemon Law if issues not rectified. ***** *******Review fromStarla P

1 starI purchased a 2023 *********** from ****** in Dec 2023 as a used RV with 5200 miles on it. The salesman insured me the coach went through a thorough inspection. I stayed local on my first trip. Only one side of the ****s would come down. Left it because i was in a pretty level spot. Hooked everything up and went on a walk with friends. When i returned the coach was flooded. Found out there was a missing hose clamp in the wall behind the toliet. Called the dealership and they told me I purchased a used rv so it was my problem. Its now been in the shop for 7 months at a very reputable repair shop near my home. The water leak was fixed. The ****s? Different story. The repair shop is stumped as is ******* (the **** manufacture) there is NO WAY the dealership did an inspection on this RV. They LIED. I understand about problems with RVs but when the dealership is shady and have their salesman LIE to customers for a sale is just plain WRONG!! SHAME ON YOU!!Review fromErik S

1 starWe worked with ***************************** on finding an RV. He was initially helpful but we ended up finding a different deal and he contacted us and begged us to cancel our other deal and promised he would give us a better deal. He gave us all the numbers in writing (down payment, APR, monthly payment) and everything was great so we cancelled our other deposit and agreed to ******** deal. After he got us committed, his sales manager called and was like ******** we cant do your deal but we can charge you much more! Classic bait and switch and false advertising. As a result we lost our initial deal and furthermore wasted another credit score ding and 2 days of communication and paperwork. Theres a reason their BBB score is a F and they have pending litigation for other issues. Its Unfortunate theyre so desperate that they have to resort to this kind of business. Let the buyer beware!Review fromDoc S

1 starI wanted to buy a travel trailer from *******, the terms would be cash for approx $ *****. I wanted to travel trailer with one slide the kitchen and the restroom in the middle. I wanted a heat pump install and two doors. We identified a unit. The sales ticket indicated $3,000 for the heat pump did not any specifics like BTU. I was told by ********************* that the tech did not have time to download the specific of the heat pump.i was offered $2,000 for my 2015 because I had put shoe polish did the effect the sunlight. It appears strongly that La Frontier RV dealerships does not they were uncooperative to the I gave up. They wasted my time. Finally, they would not hook up the unit so that I could test the travel trailer for any defects. Would a reason person buy a house without having an inspection La Mesa offered no warranty after purchase they refer to the manufacturer for defects after the purchase. If there was a defect purchase i would have to have the unit towed into a service department. **************** seems to be somewhat lacking with the personnel at La Mesa RV.Review fromTom B

1 starBUYER BEWARE Found and agreed to a price on a new RV and put my deposit down. All good. they came back 4 days later and said the bank wanted 8k more down. I wasnt willing to do that so I said not thanks and they said we will send your deposit back. THREE MONTHS LATER and only after getting my attorney involved dis I get the money back. numerous calls and promises later. They're either crooks or clowns. either way the owner should be embarrassed! no apology, no explantion, nothing. stay clear of these scum bags.Review fromJohn C

1 starLa Mesa was terrible. First we sought to buy a *************** and asked since out of state how to be able to pay our own lower state taxes and drive the rv to our state. Instead of acting like a team and one company, the calif store sought to profit and hid the fact that the same model at the ********** store could easily accommodate and even be a shorter drive. Then.they sold me a new sprinter rv with a bad fuel tank and they knew it ! It doesnt fill right. Pressure relief not there on tank so it takes 20 minute to fill tank while people waiting get mad. La mess is unethical and cuts corners. Not one team. And when I called nobody sought to truly help and rectify. Never again. I recommend anyone run and not buy here. You will likely have regrettable issues.Review fromcraig H

1 starI also became a victim Once I left with The ***** The windshield was cracked and I was told it would be replaced and I'm still waiting with no appointment 2 weeks later .....also they gave us NO keys to any of the outside locks or the doors.. In the meantime I can't even lock it!! or get to the generator ,shower ETC !! ITS A NIGHTMARE !!!! The service guy ( ***** ) won't even respond to our text.. WE only have 5 days left until we have to leave the state I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ******* to anyone .. They are more worried about selling you Insurance and roadside than selling you a functional RV LE MESA HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO ENDReview fromTami L

5 starsTJ ar La Mesa in ******* helped ** tremendously. He was diligent, honest and has a very high work ethic. He always followed through with every conversation. He also provided us with information that is crucial when purchasing a motorhome. So grateful for him and all he helped us with. They are very blessed to have him as an employee. Thank you *************** and *******************Review fromCraig N

1 starIt was the worst decision I made in purchasing a vehicle. Bought 100s of vehicles new and used but these guys will take the prize for the crappy service after the sale trophy. Once you roll out of their lot you are on your own. Good luck! Dont get scammed by this group. Have many other choice words. Just keeping it clean. Just dont !!!! Is my recommendation. Look at their BBB score. Tells the truth.
