    I booked a ride to the airport and prepaid. ********** was cancelled, thus no longer needing the reservation. I cancelled the ride thru email twice and asked for a refund. I did not receive a response to either request. I called the 800 number and a man answered the phone after trying to reach the company five times. He started yelling at me. I tried to explain why I was calling and he started using inappropriate language. I promptly hung up. I no longer care if I get a refund but I am concerned since they have my credit card information, I will be charged further. They will arrive to take us to the airport and of course we won't be around. I don't want a trip charge with additional money being charged me. I give them no stars!

    what a s*** company, person answering phone is a total loser, extremely rude.no communication whatsoever after I made reservation.Didn't hear anything so day before ride I called and same guy told me driver will call between 7.30-8.30 pm to confirm, no one called. I called back, and the same jerk answered and told me ***** is my driver, ***** texted me and asked if I am the p/u at ***** AM when I booked **** AM time.Conclusion, I wouldn't use this company even if it was free.When you're going to the airport and have a flight you can't miss, these idiots make you feel like you're playing russian roullette.

    Wow! I registered for a convention in *********. In the Registration Packet, EZ Ride was recommended. NO!!!!! They charged me $49.00. My flight was late getting into *********. I e-mailed them to let them know because no one answered their phone. No one showed up at the airport. At 2am, after waiting 30 minutes, I called and someone answered and told me that there was no way they could pick me up for at least 1 hour and 1/2. I said you do realize that I paid for this in advance and it is now 2am? He said he would call me back. He texted me to say I could either wait, or get a credit. I texted back that I would take a credit. I called a Lyft and they were there in 10 mins and was $5.00 cheaper. I checked my bank account and not only did they not credit me the $49.00, but they put in another transaction, different transaction number and charged me another $49.00. I called and the gentleman who answered said that he would call me back, but never did. Zero stars for me.

    One star is even too much.This company is not reliable. Made reservation to pick me up at midnight at the airport.No shuttle was there. Tried to call them. No answer. Very poor service.

    My name is ************** I made a reservation and paid for it for a round trip from Lakeside to the ***************** from the 15th to the 23rd of August. The pick up from Lakeside went fine, no problems, the van was on time and we got to the airport in good time. Now the return on the 23rd was quite different.On the 23rd we arrived in ********* at 10:41 pm. While waiting for the luggage I received a call from EZ driver saying that he was almost to the airport. I informed him that we were waiting for our luggage and as soon as we got it we would go to the van. When my husband on a wheelchair and I arrived to the van, the driver informed me that he could not take us to Lakeside because he has pickup other people. I said, "but we had a reservation, and I spoke to you on the phone". Well he said, they were here so I got them. Then he made a phone call to some other driver to come to pick us up but that driver never showed up. At 11:30 we finally got a taxi to take us home. I made several calls to your 800 and also to the 619 On the 800, call again and on the 619 went to voice mail. I expect to have the $65 reimbursed for the returned trip and also for the $92 I have to pay the taxi to take us home to Lakeside. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!We are 91 and 80 years old. Just so the people know how the treat the elderly.

    This place has the worst customer service ever. I had scheduled a pick up at the airport for my 75 year old father, and had prepaid. Twice a shuttle showed up and told my dad they didn't have the reservation and they don't accept prepay. When we argued with them that we have proof we've paid, they said oh so and so is supposed to pick you up he'll be by shortly. We called numerous times to confirm someone was on their way, and was constantly told someone was. Finally an hour later the guy arrived. By this time we were pretty upset, we had actually already started booking an uber when the shuttle finally came. I called the number and after seven attempts the owner, *****, finally answered. When I expressed my disappointment and asked how he was going to make it right, he simply said, "we're picking him up and will take him to his destination." I said that's not enough, we've waited an hour already and that's unacceptable. I started telling him that I would dispute the charges and he immediately got very angry and began yelling at me. He accused me of trying to get a free ride. He then went on to say it is not his fault it's his employees. I told him if he owns the company then he needs to be held responsible. He then very angrily said "fine, I'll give you a free ride." We got off the phone and then he immediately called his employee (my dad's driver) and began chewing him out. On speaker phone, in front of a customer. It was a terrible experience. And I can't believe the owner of the company would speak to someone that way. I never expected to be yelled at after already waiting an hour. I'll never use this company again. Please, steer clear!
