      My name is *******************************, this company has been using my name fraudulently. If you ****** my name this company is one of the first things that pops up. I have never worked for this company and have requested on multiple occasions in writing that they remove my name from their website. They have been using my name for years and have been misleading people from the city that I reside claiming that the customer can schedule a skateboarding ****** with me. Again I have no association with this company. They are fraudulent. Customers should know that this company is lying to them and they should be cautious in giving them personal payment information.

The response I got was Bear with me. On May 29, they still could not confirm THE first ****** date. I gave them a chance and on May 30 I agreed to get on a conference call with our instructor. We agreed to the first ****** for June 7. I was hesitant to complete the waiver because I had read on the BBB this scheduling was an issue and I didnt want to get locked in until I knew we had an instructor and set ******. I completed the waiver in good faith. On June 7, I confirmed with the instructor in the early afternoon and he said, Yes, confirmed, but 15 minutes before our ****** was to begin the instructor text and said he was double-booked and couldnt make our ******. He asked to reschedule. By this point, I had had enough and since June 7 I have been demanding to be refunded my $****** for the first 3 ******s we still hadnt received because GO Skate and/or instructors kept flaking. The incessant phone calls and texts seem shady and it sounds like the voice is one of those scam callers. I had a bad feeling about this, that it might be a scam, and I wish I trusted my instincts. I want our $****** back. Do not use this company! It has to be a scam.

      SkatePro and I executed an agreement in which I paid for 4 skate lessons (2 hours each) for a total of $624.00, which was paid in 3 installments:11/21/2023 - payment of $208 processed 12/04/2023 - payment of $208 processed 12/17/2023 - payment of $208 processed The lessons were all provided as agreed upon, and the contract and service were concluded. Our last lessons were provided on January 26, 2024. And my last payment was made on December 17th, 2023.Total agreed-upon amount paid in FULL by 12/17/2023 However, my debit card (used for the above installment payments) was charged $624.00 on 1/30/2024 without my authorization. I did not obtain any new lessons, nor did I authorize this charge, This is a huge error on the ***** PRO part, and they have acknowledged this via phone, email, and text. It has been 3 months since the unauthorized charge of my debit card, and I have called, texted, emailed, and reached out via social media, numerous times without a response. NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED AS OF TODAY. My calls go to customer service reps who are overseas and cannot help. ***** from the billing department has stopped responding even though she assured me that the charge would be processed back into my card in February. $624 is a lot of money for my family, and I am really disappointed with Skate Pro, ************* Pro business practices. I am requesting for the $624 refund to be issued - no services have been provided This issue has taken so much time out of my day - it is unbelievable.

      I purchased a ******************************* May of 2023 for $899. We were intially set up with instructor ***** and completed 4 ******s over the summer of 2023. *****'s wife then had a baby and we were unable to schedule any further ******s. ***** was very hard to get in touch with and the one ****** we did get scheduled he didn't show up for. I have been trying to reach GoSkate since December of **************************************** get a refund. A few times I did get a voicemail from GoSkate but the callback number was for a bar tending school. I have not received any replies to emails or messages sent through ZenDesk - their customer support portal. I believe we technically have one year from date of purchase to complete ******s. At this point, I just want a refund for the 6 classes owed to us.

      On 03/08/2023 I purchased a package consisting of 10 skate boarding lessons for my son. Total cost was $899.00. After 5 lessons, it was evident that the instructor we were matched with was completely checked out and potentially high and my child was not learning anything. Per the terms of the contract, we had the right to cancel and receive a refund for the prorated/unused amount. Upon calling to resolve the matter, the representative convinced us to try another instructor and we agreed. However, months went by without being set up with another instructor and after numerous unreturned calls we decided to seek the refund instead. In July 2023, the representative finally agreed to the refund and said to allow 5-7 business. 5-7 business came and went without the refund. I called to inquire and was told to give it another 5-7 business days. Again, no refund. Followed up again and was told a manager would call me within the next 24 hours. I received no such call.This course of events (calling, receiving promises for the refund or a call from the manager) happened no less than 6 times. between July 2023 & Jan 2024.Expected resolution is a refund in the amount $899.00 per Article II in the attached contract.

      I purchased 4 skateboarding lessons from GoSkate for a total of $599. They charged me in 2 payments of ****** each. One on 09/23/2023 and one on 10/23/2023. Per the contract that I have attached, this completed the payment schedule and I am fine with that. But on 12/04/2023, they charged me again for another $599 with no approval and no additional services ordered! When I received my credit card statement and saw the unauthorized charge, I called the company on 01/23/2024 (I'm not sure who answered) and they said they would look into it. I have not heard back from them since. I have made several phone calls and sent emails, but no response. I want the unauthorized $599 refunded to my account.

      Hi, currently requested to cancel August 20 skateboard lessons for my son because of remorse and change of mind/cost and I called ***** and he said that he would have to talk to management about my refund. It sounds like I am getting the runaround from the company I would like my refund to be processed immediately and to be canceled. I dont understand why management has to be involved in that and a cancellation must go through and should go through immediately for my $299 that I have spent For a deposit for skateboard lessons. I am demanding a refund now.

       We spoke to this client yesterday and settled with her regarding the refunds she requested. She also agreed to be charged the cancellation fee since we had made an effort to match her with one of our preferred instructors who would have conducted her lessons. Unfortunately, her reason for cancellation, "remorse," seems to be out of context. We would like to briefly discuss this term with her to address any grievances she has with the company. Perhaps we can work on refining our processes if we find that her experience was affected. Nevertheless, we put forth 100% effort to secure her lessons. Client agreed to the terms & conditions of our refunds process.

      Im confused are you going to refund the amount or not -$99 and when will this be settled because thats what you agreed to do yesterday dont worry about my reasons just refund the money.

      May 25, 2023 as labeled Lessons Pro for $1,349 and on August 4, 2023 as labeled GoSkate Lessons for $1,785.This company was supposed to provide 10 skateboarding lessons for my children at a one time charge for the 10 lessons on May 25, 2023. I was disappointed with their services with multiple cancellations at the last minute until I was matched with a suitable instructor. Due to the poor quality of the way they conduct scheduling I was explicitly clear and my contact, text messages and email communications are explicitly clear that I did not want additional charges. The charge on August 4, 2023 is unauthorized and under no circumstance would I conduct business with them again. I would like a refund for $1,785 for the August charge as I did not authorize this and will not be continuing lessons with them and I want no additional charges from the to occur on my card ever again.

      I paid $790 on June 24th 2023 for 7 ******s (2 times a week) with a start date of Monday July 10th 2023. A few days before July 10th, they called and informed me that the instructor will come on July 12th instead. On July 12th, I contacted the instructor for confirmation. He said he cancelled the ******s and has already informed Goskate. Goskate blamed the instructor and said that he never informed. I contacted customer care and ****** scheduler multiple times. Each time, they said they will come back within 24 hours, but on one reached out. I demanded my money back and *** (the supervisor) got in touch with me. With much difficulty, they found an instructor and he agreed to do ******s from July 24th. He showed up for two ******s and disappeared. *** said they he will find a new instructor within 24 hours, but they couldn't find an instructor in our area.I contacted them on 31st July and demanded a refund. They said that they will process the refund and I should receive a confirmation email within ***** hours. On August 1st, I asked them for an update on the refund, but as always, they did not respond.They are one of the most disorganized companies I have ever interacted with. All I want is my money back.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that their response satisfactory to me at the moment. I already filed a dispute with the bank. The bank will take about 60 days to resolve the dispute, and it may decide otherwise and I may not receive my money back. In this case, I will contact them again and if they fail to refund me, I will open another complaint.

      I signed my daughter for classes and I asked them if she doesn't like it can I get refund for the remaining classes and as you see in the screen shots they said yes. now when I asked them to refund the remaining classes because my daughter is not ready for it yet they are saying that there is a 100 cancelation fee. So they are refusing to refund me the full remaining amount
