    I had started a subscriptions for items and after receiving them I am not happy with them. I have tried several times to contact the company and recently filled out a form on their site to contact me as well. I have received no response to any request and am not able to find a number to call anyone. My desired result is:Cancel the subscriptons on my account Refund for the product I am not happy with, send me a label to return the product

    I purchased a "Cheek to Cheek Bundle" from their website after seeing their products on Instagram and doing some research. When I went to the website, www.dermaclara.com, they state "100% Satisfaction, 30 Days Guarantee", so I thought it would be worth it to try the products. I received the products, tried them for 2 weeks and they would not stick properly to my face, though I followed all instructions to the letter as well as tips offered up from the website. So, I decided that I would prefer to take advantage of the Guarantee and just get a refund for the product. I followed the instructions on the website and sent an email requesting a refund on December 17, 2023 and received an automated reply stating "Please allow ***** hours for our customer service team to respond." I sent follow up emails on December 20 & 23, 2023 asking when I could expect a response, still with no response. I sent yet another email on January 2, ****, 16 days after my initial email, and finally received a response on January 5, ****. However, the response did not address my request for a return, They only gave tips for use (which I had already tried), reasons why they weren't sticking (which weren't relevant), and that if i continued to have difficulties I could reach out for a replacement. I did not and do not want a replacement, as I used the products exactly as instructed and they just didn't work for me. I had no intentions of giving a bad review or bashing the company, simply wanted to get a refund based on the "100% Satisfaction, 30 Days Guarantee" statement the company has on their website. I requested the return/refund well within the timeframe allowed by the company and just want to get my money back for a product that did not meet the companies "100% Satisfaction, 30 Days Guarantee", for me.

    I placed an order for the Dermaclara SILICONE FUSION Complete Face System on 12/21/2023 which should contain the following items as noted on their website:(4) SILICONEFUSION ************ Patches (1) SILICONEFUSION Forehead Patch (1) Claraprep Cleanser (1) Clarasome Moisturizer I received a package on 12/24/2023 only containing the following:(1) SILICONEFUSION Forehead Patch Ive sent several messages to ********************************** from 12/24/2023 asking Dermaclara to send the remaining components of the product ordered.I have not had any response at all. *** also reached out to the social media accounts (FB, IG) and I still not had any response.I requested for a refund and have not had any response.I have contacted the phone number listed ************** and it is another scam phone number. They do not make any mention of Dermaclara but it is a recorded scam marketing.

    Despite claiming you can pause or cancel a subscription any time, the website does not allow you to do so. Clicking cancel subscription or pause gives an error message every time. I contacted customer service directly via their online form requesting a cancelation and never got a response. After reading other complaints, I am clearly not the only one having this problem. These are very deceptive business practices and frankly should be illegal. The product did not work as described and I do not want any more of my money to go to a fraudulent business.

    This business has fraudulently forced me into a subscription that I cannot cancel.Per the screenshots, I'm only able to skip future subscriptions, add or change subscription items, but the button to cancel the subscription is greyed out on desktop and not selectable. On mobile, there is an option for cancellation but it states that my request could not be processed.I've emailed the business customer service 3 times over the past two weeks with this complaint, and also a request to cancel my subscription before my next billing cycle in December went through on 12/15/23 but I never received a response. My first outreach was through their contact form on their website, followed by 2 subsequent emails in response to the customer service receipt I received by email through their ticketing system, Zendesk.I notified them I would be contacting the BBB with my complaint, and still nothing.I am requesting a full refund from the business and that I be removed from all future subscriptions and charges. I need resolution immediately

    I purchased the SILICONEFUSION Face Rejuvenation Kit on 11/11/23 for the price of $40.91. I had an allergic reaction to the product and am unable to use it so I went online to cancel my subscription. I was unable to cancel my subscription online so I used the Contact Us form online to request cancelation. They said they would respond within ***** hours. I never heard back. I submitted the form again for a second time and still never heard back. I then emailed from my personal email address to ********************************** and have still not heard back. I am requesting that my subscription be canceled without penalty.

    After spending two weeks trying to contact this company with only some replies Ive been unable to cancel a subscription. Ive been told by their social media rep that shed see my subscription was canceled but I was charged again. No one who can actually help me will respond to my emails and their phone number just has a busy signal.

    I placed an order on Dermaclara's website on Nov. 13, 2022, for their face patches. I received a confirmation email immediately about my purchase that did not include an order *********** money ($46.16 to be exact) was taken out of my account on Nov. 14, 2022. By Nov. 19, 2022 I still did not receive any shipping information, so I reached out to their customer support, which they sent a confirmation that they got it but not when I will be getting any answers back. I contacted their Instagram as well, both has resulted in no answers at all. I just want my money back at this point, I feel like this website is a scam & if they aren't then they need to have a lot better service or communication with their customers.

    -Date of transaction: 7/15/22 -Amount of money paid to business: $75.00 -The business's website promised free US returns -My dispute is for my shipping charge. They said they do not provide returns and later after I shipped the product out, stated that because it stated on the website free returns, they would honor this and told me to keep the product, however, I already returned the product prior (1:02 pm) to them responding back (1:53 pm) in the setting of delayed response. Prior to final response, I was getting a response back more frequently. After talking to my credit card company, they suggest I return the product and if I wasn't refunded the amount of the shipping charge, to file a dispute.- Tracking number for item returned: **** **** **** **** **** 57 ******
