I ordered a glove on February 12,2024 I have tried emailing them. I tried to call them. Cannot get an answer on the number that I have I paid $240 and something for this glove and Ive been really like to know if Im going to get it or if Im going to get a refund this is just ridiculous. You get no answers back from any of your emails or anything about this was a good companyBusiness response

We are sorry for the issues with your shipment. I looked into this matter and it looks like the reason that you did not receive the glove is that you entered your shipping address incorrectly on your order.
We initially emailed you on May 10th to check your shipping address:
You stated that your correct address was: ****************************************
But you entered the following address on your order: ****************************************
The glove was shipped on 3/1 and delivered to the address that you entered on your order (please see below).
As a first step - would it be possible to check with your neighbor to see if the glove could be recovered ?
I am happy to try to find a solution here but due to the incorrect shipping address by you during the order process - the glove was delivered to the wrong address.
If the glove can't be recovered - I would be happy to offer you 50% off on a remake of your glove as a way to help you here.

I purchased two custom gloves each with custom embroidery reading SATAN IS KING and ****** PUNCHERS. I was notified saying they could not accommodate my custom embroidery after I had paid of course. These wordings are jokes referencing a simpsons episode. This company couldnt set aside their own ********* beliefs for two seconds to make me the product I paid for. They seem to pride themselves with all the gloves they produce saying ********* slogans such as ***** Is **** and God Did but my religious preferences werent given the same respect. I emailed back stating that this was unacceptable and I received an email 4 days later after multiple attempts to contact the company stating my order has been cancelled. ****** received a refund yet, but my order sure was cancelled in a hurry. Needless to say I will never be purchasing a product from such an ignorant and close minded company ever again. What if I put ALLAH IS KING, would have cancelled my order too? So much for religious freedom. Ill take my money elsewhere and pay more for a higher quality product from a company that respects individual liberties.Business response

Ordered a glove march 10.Not during a promo period. Website states 5-6 weeks. After 6 weeks emailed company and received a reply after 3 days stating that the leather I picked was out of stock and they just restocked so glove would be worked on. After a few days I receive another email that the thread I picked was not available and the online glove builder was not suppose to have that color available so it was an error on the website. Tried emailing with no to slow response.Also no phone number to use to talk to a person. Would like to talk to a person to get real time solution .Business response

I ordered a custom glove in the last week of February 2024. I was told I would get it in 6 weeks. Each week we got email updates with progress as soon as it got to the last stage I never received a tracking number. After two weeks in the last stage I emailed since no phone number to call and they said it would be shipped the next week so now we are on 8 weeks of a 6 week promise. Now the shipping label has been created and it has sat in that status for a week. I reached out by email again only to have that one ignored. I tried to email again but at this point the season is almost over. I asked for a refund but was offered a $25 gift card. Why would I order again!?!?Business response

After checking into your order it was lost in the ***** system. We contacted our ***** service rep to track down the package and they located your box today 4/24/24. The order is now processing and you should see the location move in the ***** system starting tomorrow 4/25/24 as it ships to your address. The company offers a warranty but takes an entire baseball season to honor it. Faulty craftsmanship on a $300 glove is completely outrageous. Simple velcro that doesnt even stick since day 1.Business response

44 Pro offers a 1-year, non-transferable, limited warranty policy on gloves against defects in materials or workmanship specifications during the warranty period that begins on the date the glove was received by the purchaser.
To be eligible for the limited warranty coverage the product must have been bought directly through the 44 Pro website.

I ordered a custom glove for my 9 year old son. I inadvertently submitted the order as an adult size, instead of a youth size. I placed the order around 10PM and less than 12 hours later realized my error. There are no options to contact customer service listed, so was forced to submit a request on their website, which I did. I explained my error and asked that they please switch it a youth size. I wanted no refund, willing to pay the difference for my error. I submitted another request the next day. It took them 3 days to reply and they responded there was no way to change it, it was already in production. I received no notifications that production started, which is part of their process (or so they state) and highly doubt it did within 12 hours, given their lead times are 5-6 weeks. Also, again, I placed the order at 10PM EST. She then informed me they operate 24/7, yet it took someone ************************************************************************* any way, shape or form. I offered to pay for a cost of whatever production had started on the adult glove, just needed the glove changed to a youth size, no other adjustments made. It is insane to me that they are not willing to give AT ALL. It was my mistake, but I believe I caught it in enough time for them to make the sizing adjustment and they are just not willing to do a thing. I purchased a custom baseball glove from 44 Pro Gloves on May 14, 2023 (Order # ******). The cost of the glove including taxes and shipping was $223. 44 Pro Gloves said that the creation of the glove would take between 4 to 6 weeks. They communicated with me weekly to inform me of the progress of the gloves creation. On July 5, 2023, I was notified by ***** that 44 Pro Gloves had shipped the glove (***** Tracking# ************) and that it would be delivered on July 11, 2023. When the glove was not delivered by ***** on the scheduled date, I contacted them to determine why there was a delay. The ***** representative I spoke with initiated an investigation. After speaking with them again a week later, ***** stated that the item was lost in shipment and that I would need to file a claim. I initially filed a claim, but the claim was denied because ***** requires that the shipper initiates the claim. I contacted 44 Pro Gloves via e-mail to explain the situation and request that they initiate a claim and refund me. Their customer service representative requested that I send them a copy of *****s denial, which I provided. I have not received the glove as of August 7, 2023, nor have 44 Pro Gloves issued a refund. Additionally, 44 Pro Gloves has not replied to my e-mail since I provided the documents they requested. I reviewed my order history on the 44 Pro Gloves website on August 7, 2023, and discovered that they now list the order as canceled. I am requesting that 44 Pro Gloves issue a refund of the full purchase price.Initial Complaint

Order: #******; Placed on May 1, 2023 for custom glove - $180.66 charged to my account. Was told 5-6 weeks for the order to be completed and shipped. Weekly emails for several weeks updating me on the status of my order. Last weekly update was Monday, June 5 that my order was being prepared for shipping. I emailed asking for an update on June 13, no response. Asked for an update on the 14th mentioning contacting my bank to fight for a fraudulent charge. I was told that I ordered during a high volume/promotional period and should expect it to be an additional 1-2 weeks. Sent another email on June 21st asking about the status of my order, was told by "*****" that they were working on "getting these orders mailed out." I ordered a custome glove for my some before Fathers Day. It is now July 31st and it has yet to ship. It has been saying preparing to ship for two weeks now. **************** is non existent. No one answers the phone or calls you back. They eventually answer emails days later with no information or resolution. I am so frustrated and wish we would have never purchased from this company. There is nowhere online to leave an honest review of them.
