      Placed an order for a custom glove on 5/29/2022. Received updates throughout the process, last update was received on 7/3/2022, stating preparing for shipment. Never received another notification from them, attempted to reach them by phone numerous time and no one ever answered. Status on their website still states preparing for shipment. An email response from them states the item has shipped and been delivered. We have never received any package from them.

      Order # ****** - Custom glove purchased from 44 Pro Gloves on 2/26/22. Was told the wait for custom gloves would be 4-6 weeks. On 4/10/22 I emailed asking what the status was since it had been 6 weeks and no shipping updates was received. On 4/11/22 44 Pro Gloves responded apologizing for the delay and stated the order was scheduled for shipment in **** business days. On 4/24/22 I emailed asking for the status as I had yet to receive shipping updates and on 4/25/22 received a response again apologizing and saying that the holiday wasn't accounted for and that the item would receive tracking in 1-3 business days. It is now 5/3/22 going on 10 weeks and this glove has still not received tracking. I have emailed the company 4/27/22, 5/2/22 and 5/3/22 with no response. We are requesting the glove to be shipped and at this point I feel the company should provide a refund due to the inconvenience and poor customer service.

      I ordered a custom fielders glove and batting gloves from 44 pro gloves on 11/24/2021 with the promise that my order will be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. My batting gloves were delivered, but my fielders glove is nowhere to be found. They have sent several computer generated e-mails following a pre-scheduled timeframe triggered by my order date detailing certain milestones being reached in the process, and have now stopped updating the order altogether. My order has now been in the preparing to ship stage for 3+ weeks with no sign of my fielders glove. I have attempted to reach them through e-mail, through the website contact us form and by phone, but have received no response.

      I ordered a glove from this glove maker, and have been waiting two months for it to arrive. It was ordered on Nov. 11, 2021. Automated messages from the company sent from the company stopped coming a month ago, when the last message said it was preparing for shipment. I've tried numerous times to call the company, but it doesn't accept phone calls and doesn't respond to emails. I've resorted to trying to contact them through social media, but their social media handlers just refer me to the company website, which is useless.

      My son bought a personalized baseball glove early this Fall for around $200.00. He received it during the time he was told it would arrive and started to use it to work it in for Spring season. After a hand full of uses the laces on the glove broke. The below emails share what has happened since then.(email on 12/18)When he received the glove he used it a handful of times to start working it and the laces broke. My husband talked with someone a few weeks ago who told us to put in a warranty claim. I tried to put the claim in and had issues initially. Im guessing it might have been because the attachment was to large but the site never told me accepted, denied or confirmed. I called your offices and left messages trying to get help on the claim however have yet to hear from anyone. After multiple attempts over the past two weeks to submit the claim I was finally successful earlier this week.My son has left messages, Ive left messages and now submitted this claim without any follow up or contact from your company. These delays in responding and fixing the issue are becoming problematic. He is a college pitcher and needs to be breaking this glove in to use this season. I would appreciate a call back to me or my husband letting us know the status of the claim and how it will be resolved. Email on (12/21) This is the last attempt Im going to make to try and resolve through you before going to the BBB to report this incident. We purchased this glove for my son for Christmas and ordered early. We have a broken product that hes not been able to use for well over a month. Ive tried multiple times to reach you through your customer service line and email. I just called again after not receiving a response to my email sent over the weekend. The voicemail says to email this account and when you try to leave a message it says that the mailbox is not accepting voicemails because its full.

      I ordered 4 Gloves from Pro 44. It has been shipped through ****** This order was all purchased at 1 time. When the delivery was made I was only given 3 gloves. I have emailed and called 44 Pro Gloves numerous times with no response. I have the tracking number of the delivery but it was 3 separate boxes with 3 different tracking numbers. Now this one box that has not arrived is lost and cannot be tracked because it has a separate tracking number from the actual order apparently. I have called ***** and gotten absolutely 0 help and even filed a claim. My claim was denied. I'm pretty upset but trying to keep my cool. I'm happy with the gloves I did receive for baseball. But I would like to receive my 4th glove which should have come with the other 3. I have already paid 44 Pro Gloves 780$ for this order. I need someone to help me find this package.
