I have a case with the company. I fell on hard times and lost everything. I reached out to them because of a document.USCIS needed a letter from the ***. Called and paid what was due so that my account would not be compromised. I was given a balance receipt by ****** in accounting. A couple of months ago a manager and I had a very unhealthy conversation. She was condescending, mean and heartless. Only to discover that my case was not worked on at all. There was an urgency for the letter from the ***. The letter from ****** was not accepted by immigration. I was told by the investigators that they will know that. After asking and demanding that letter to solidify my Citizenship status. Nothing was received, ****** called me about payment for my balance. I expressed to her that its not fair that I asked for one document for immigration. Instead of showing any empathy. ****** just like her manager yelled at me. Insulted the importance of the document. I even asked her if she cared about the fact that immigration is asking for the information. This was due before December 8th. I just checked my tax profile. Nothing has been done on my case and still no response yet about the *** letter. It was racist and cold to see how mean this entire situation has been. They sent me a text saying that my account is suspended due to non payment. At this point I cant trust them. The entire experience is worse than inhumane. How can I give my money to people I trusted to help me. Then to turn around and treat me like garbage. While ****** and her manager were actual bullies.I need to let you know that Im not garbage and I do need help with my Taxes. I need help with this issue please.

This is an honest and accurate assessment of my case with America's Choice ************ In 2021, I contacted a representative with America's Choice Tax. At the time, I had agreed to a monthly $654.00 payment plan with the **** I wanted some relief, and America's Choice stated they worked directly with the **** It is 2024, and I was recently told that the outcome of my case was that several years had fallen off (Something that would have happened even if I hadn't contracted with America's Choice Tax). However, I needed to start a monthly payment plan of over $900 for several years. WAIT, WHAT?!?!?! I have paid America's Choice Tax close to $7,000.00 to have them tell me I still needed to pay nearly the same amount to the *** that was initially said to me by the **** DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT contract with this company. You are much better off contacting someone with the *** and having a tax attorney help you. If you want to keep your money, please, I implore you, DO NOT spend your money with America's Choice Tax.
