Tow truck driver damaged mu vehicle during their towing service for a coworker. My car was struck by one of ******** Towing trucks as they were dropping off my co workers motorcycle. I was instructed by the driver that struck my vehicle that it would be taken care of by just filing a claim with their offices. This happened March 10, 2022 and have yet to have my car damages resolved. 3 months of being told, management is still looking in to it. Now the driver happens to have forgotten that he damaged my vehicle and am being given the we are working on it, be patient. I was instructed to take my vehicle to a body shop for a quote, which I then sent them and asked to be paid out on damages so I could find my own body shop as this has created the need to color match the rest of the vehicle and the body shop they suggested is too expensive for me to complete the entirety of the work. All I am seeking is the quoted damage amount to be paid out to me so I may fix my vehicle using my body shop and keep getting the run around.

on Saturday November 6th a AAA contracted tow truck from ******** ************** office came to my house to tow one of my vehicles. I backed out of my driveway. While moving the tow truck driver started also moving so I stopped. He turned his wheel and the tow truck went through my truck causing major damage. The driver apologized and gave a me a number to call. I called a few times and they kept saying they need to talk to the owner. Finally they said the owner said it could go either way they weren't doing anything. They would not provide their insurance info and not they will not talk to me. They will also not provide me with contact information for the owner. I also tried contacting the owner via LinkedIn.
