      Towed my vehicle in my own parking spot. The new HOA let it happen. The online hours are incorrect. So when I got there they made me wait over an hour for someone to show up. Charged me $375.

      Towing my vehicle from my own parking space with my parking sticker. Called them and said they have me under a different parking number is total bs. Please have this company gone.

      Predatory tow company that towed my car from an apt complex visitor parking lot at 11:30 Saturday evening. The apartment complex management office was not open and there was no written justification to support a legal tow. Will be in touch with an attorney to remedy this matter

      My car got towed from Sereno apartments, in ***********, **. I pay permits for parking, and I had visual permit on windshield.Still this company towed my vehicle, I lost I day of work, and they are changing me for the towing, they are stealing from decent citizens, I cannot believe this is happening in *********. This is not a 3rd word country. I will make sure this company will never provide service to ******, apartment's, of ***********, **.

      I wish I could give negative stars to this company. This predatory company harasses customers by trolling apartment, complexes, wrongfully, towing and using peoples cars. Please use your power to put them out of business. They are a menace.

      I was towed from MY parking space. I live at the ******** Views Apartments for 2 years. My car was towed at 3am from my spot. I had all the proof, my registration up to date. Reason for unauthorized vehicle which is false. The person who call has been redacted. We as residents have to show proof. This was definitely predatory and wrong. Shame on the driver who towed me becuase there is no way in God's green earth my car should have been towed from my spot. I even showed proof that I had in my vehicle, my lease agreement with property management signature proof i was in my rightful spot. Will be moving forward with legal counsel. Talked with property management. Talked with local PD. See you in court.

      "I had a terrible experience with a company that I believe was both rude and dishonest. My car was towed from a parking spot where there were no signs or information indicating that parking was prohibited. The company charged me exorbitant fees, including storage fees. My car was only on the parking lot for 20 minutes while I was searching for it. I am planning to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the city. I am also seeking legal advice on this matter."

      Predatory towing company. They towed my car from an empty office Depot lot in downtown *********. I observed 2 men calling in other cars in the lot to get towed by them after my car was towed.

      This Western Towing terrible money sucker, May 03, 2023 they towed my wife car on the non assigned parking spot , The parking space that my wife parked is a open parking my wife asked them how authorized towed the car they said is the association, we called association they didn't know about this thing. So beware this Western Towing they're really bad to the bone.

      This company is one of the worst companies I have ever had the unfortunate of bumping into. They trespass onto our privately owned HOA community almost nightly to troll for HOA owner vehicles. They are only permitted to enter the premise with permission or at request of an owner but they refuse to provide proof of permission. Multiple neighbors endorse them trolling our condo community for financial gain. They towed my vehicle and caused massive paint damage to the bumper to my recent paint job, even after providing recent photos. I confronted them on the phone and they pathologically denied everything. This is one of the scummiest company's I have ever witnessed.
