              invoive may 13 and july 12 My water bill is wrong i usualy unse less then half of this amount in the past.invoice of $290 for the period 24. feb to 24 april and the invoice for thr period 25 april to 25 june is wrong april i wanst even at the resident.the reson why i contact BBB and ask for help is that i tryed everything to reach customer service to solve this proble. i ****** to both facilitys addresses in ************************** to tal to someone about the issue. it was not posible i was told that san diego water has no office for the public to go to. secound i send 5 diferent email which got answered automaticly saying it was receved but never got any follow up. alos i tryed to reach someone multible times at the customer care phone number on the invoice ************ what is absolutely not posible. so i am more then unhappy with this service and dont know what to do anymore after 2 month trying very hard and timeconsuming to sove this problem. Thank you very much for you help.

              It has been like pulling teeth to get a hold of this department over the last 2 years. Setup was a breeze and no hold when they were still working from home during covid 19 shut down. Most recently I have called 10 times within the last 5 business days waiting for 1-3 hrs at a time on hold with to answer, disconnects, and transfers restarting hold time. I have called City Hall for info and they referred me to the Water ***** Director, the Mayor or the ******************* I have now been trying to schedule my water to be shut off for an entire week via phone and email and only have a few more days until leaving the property. Someone needs to help the consumers of San Diego.
