      It has been like pulling teeth to get a hold of this department over the last 2 years. Setup was a breeze and no hold when they were still working from home during covid 19 shut down. Most recently I have called 10 times within the last 5 business days waiting for 1-3 hrs at a time on hold with to answer, disconnects, and transfers restarting hold time. I have called City Hall for info and they referred me to the Water ***** Director, the Mayor or the ******************* I have now been trying to schedule my water to be shut off for an entire week via phone and email and only have a few more days until leaving the property. Someone needs to help the consumers of San Diego.
