    THE WORST!!! I paid nearly 5k to spend a week here. It was my husbands 50th birthday plus I had a tradeshow at the ********* convention center. They advertise that you can fit a range rover in here... But they didn't specify a tiny range Rover. In addition to that where we're supposed to park there are two cars right next to each other blocking the front of the stairway. Impossible for me to pass through let alone bring luggage or cooler through. It was late so there were a lot of homeless people scattered around the area and I was just trying to get to our unit. I could not... I myself went through but there was no way I could bring our luggage through. So what I had to do between 12 AM and 3 AM is search for a hotel in ********* during a convention with my children and a tiny dog. It was impossible but I finally found a place at 3:30 in the morning an hour away from the convention center. When I shared this information with their team I'm so sorry you had to go through that and I'm sure that was rough... But I'm still not getting my money back. Yes idiots, I wanted to drive around for three hours in the middle night to a hotel because I didn't want to go to their apartment because it was dirty. They kept on telling me we checked in before and it was clean... You're missing the point people, yes your unit smelled badly but I could not move in because cars were blocking me from bringing up my luggage plus my car did not fit in the garage. Then they said those peoplethey shouldn't have parked there... I went back and I looked at the parking again took a picture and that's assigned parking. They did not give any instruction at all how to get to the apartment they're telling me I should've walked around the building to the front and looked for an entrance in the dark with the homeless people there with my family.

    We rented a condo from them on VRBO that had photos that weren't even of the unit or had anything to do with the unit. The building was in terrible shape, the unit next door had bars on the door and windows and the neighborhood was sketchy. We called as soon as we arrived to say we weren't comfortable staying there with our kids, the photos were inaccurate and it smelled like mold - they said to write an email. No response. We paid over $4,200 for 4 nights and they wouldn't even give us our cleaning fee back even though nobody stayed there and they didn't pay to have it cleaned again. When I persisted in emailing for a resolution they told me they don't respond to threats - I wasn't threatening I was trying to resolve the issue and communicate. They just refuse to talk to me at all. Not sorry you weren't happy, sorry we misrepresented the unit with fake photos, sorry you spent $4,200 of your hard earned money on a family vacation and had to go rent another place to stay? Terrible business practices. Do not rent from this company.
