Thought I was happy with look and quality until my husband opens the first one and the Certificate of Authenticity doesnt even spell Original Grain correctly (OIGRINAL GRAIN). **************** Chinese made, Chinese scam - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Original Grain

The companys customer service is the best! After my shipment was lost in transit, I contacted customer service. Since I needed it for Christmas, I reordered and they quickly cancelled the original order and issued a refund immediately. Thank you ******* for your quick attention to my issue!Original Grain

I've bought two watches from Original Grain. Each purchase was an easy transaction. The watches are beautiful, and well worth the money. The company was very attentive when I reached out to them with a question. I've dealt with several large, well-to-do watch brand companies that were not interested in answering my questions. It is apparent that Original Grain has a top-drawer customer service supporting their customers.Original Grain

I'm getting married next year and I wanted to get an Original Grain watch for the people closest to me. These watches seem so special but it was difficult for me to get the budget to work. I received an original grain watch as a gift a couple of years ago. I let their customer service know that this gift really meant a lot to me and unfortunately the bezel broke off. I asked if I could pay to have it repaired since they have the same bezel on a different watch from that collection. They not only refused to fix it, but then tried to get me to upgrade to a more expensive watch me with a $100 off coupon.Original Grain

I ordered my husband a watch with an engraving on the back. The backplates needed were out of stock at the time but customer service almost immediately reached out to let me know and ask how to proceed (did I want to wait or get the watch without the engraving and have the difference refunded). I chose to wait and received order updates every step of the way. The backplates arrived exactly when they said they would, and the watch arrived shortly thereafter. Its wonderful quality and my husband loves it! ***** with customer service was lovely to work with. I would absolutely order again!Original Grain

Sorry I order a watch, ring and necklace.After the order was placed i noticed the ring size had changed.I tried immediately to contact the seller unfortunately, no one would help..So it was a very bad experience..So when you order something dont expect to receive what you order and and dont expect anyone to help.Original Grain
