    We have a 5 year water contract with Aqua Green which ended July 18, 2022. On June 15 we sent in our notice we did not want to auto renew the contract and we wanted the equipment picked up. Our request has been ignored for 5 months. I have called several times as well as well as sent emails which get ignored. We did hear back from ******* on 2 occupations he was sending over the cancel request paperwork but he has not done so. Last conversation was on Friday Oct 14 where he said he was sending paperwork right over but has not. emails to AP or AR **** is not successful. We need to have the equipment picked up and returned. We are not allowed to unhook the water filtration system on our own. not sure what to do at this point. it is 5 month with no luck. ******* cell ************ *************************** <**************************************************> ********************* <**************************************>. this company does not care and just ignores their loyal customers
