  We are moving and my wife has been under treatment with *********** for several months. She went on to Futurhealth to research the availability of a treatment program in the area we are moving to. They had a lot of promises and when my wife tried to get more information, the site required her payment information, only to enroll her in a subscription program for a variant of ***********. They immediately charged our account and stated that there was a monthly membership fee. She only wanted information, not to sign up for the program. This type of business has become way too frequent and is fraudulent. I demand that this subscription be closed and the $141.75 be returned forthwith. As well as this site be blocked or taken completely taken down.

  The portal didn't show anything about the medication plan or side effects for the first 4 weeks. They mailed the meds 300 miles away from my house, I contacted customer service and they said "we'll get back to you" and then nobody followed up. They then mailed the meds without warning or tracking label when I was out of town and they sat hot on the front porch for a week. They sent an email saying "something went wrong, did you get the meds?" afterwards. Now the "download lab form" button doesn't work and I've reached out to customer service three times and have yet to receive a response. Stay away from this company at all costs.

  Thank you everyone for being honest Im so tired of scammers we need more people like you for being honest. thanks to this company BBB I always go on this sight to look up to and it helps me not to get scam now I have to get my husband on board we have gotten scam by a CPA thats just a title you are paying for he said we are getting back $4 dollars back from are income tax so I decided to go to HR Block and they found a mistake on the paperwork so it took her 20 minutes so I ask her can you give a quote what you think we are getting between $7,000 or $8,000 Wow what a difference she didnt charge me to find the mistake but she did charge me wasnt bad $98 dollars instead of CPA $354 dollars dont go to these scammer his name ****** ******* in ***************** Did you know they work like assembling line 1 person does the first paperwork 2nd does another page and 3rd he does the ending then it goes back to ****** ******** he supposed to correct the mistake yeah ******** I went to see if this tax guy would get me my money back he said no arent you supposed to give us are money back we found a mistake on your paperwork thats what are Hr Block lady said thats a given. omg really youre not going to give my money back and you know we are retired people even thou my husband wanted to pay the extra bucks so you are supposed to be trusted and making sure theirs no mistakes yeah right dont ever go to these scammers and there sign said to be trusted ????????

  Misery loves company, and I'm here to join in the misery. Very bad company with no followup on anything, they just keep saying the medication is being prepared. I never even received an email confirming that I signed up or anything. I did meet with a "nurse" and was told I would receive an email instantly for the lab setup, but never received anything and customer service just keeps telling me they're escalating it. I just tried to cancel and after being on the phone for about 30 minutes she finally said she would cancel and issue a refund, and that I would receive an email in ***** hours. I'll be surprised if anything is done. I'll give them the ***** hours and if I don't receive anything I will dispute the charge with the credit card company. It's not a nice world we live in with scams around every corner no matter what you're trying to do.

  This company is a joke. I thought the *********** would be $99 a month but they charged me $229 for my first month plus 6 months of membership fees upfront. I decided to delete my account and find a different company with prices within my budget. I tried canceling my account on the app, where it immediately kicked me out of the app so I thought it was deleted. I even tried to log in on the website and it didn't work. However, I keep receiving emails about checking in for my next refill. Every time I've tried speaking to customer service it gets me absolutely nowhere. I ask about deleting my account and/or canceling my membership and they don't seem to understand. I want the account deleted so that they can never charge my credit card again, which I'm probably going to have to cancel if I can't get this sorted out. Huge waste of time and money. Extremely disappointing.

  Such a scam. They never read what you write for the "Drs." Just send you more drugs at higher level. I was so sick. Ended up at a gastro then ER room. They were supposed to refund me but instead sent me more meds and charged me! I called 3 times and spoke to people who were to get back to me and never did. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM>

  While just a year ago I had success with this company and was overall very satisfied, at some point they started making claims that my card was being declined for the medication refills. They continued to charge me the monthly fee for 2 months with no medication refills and I was unable to ween off the dosage. Finally got everything completely cancelled and wanted to ** to get a maintenance dossge and hoped they could clear up the payment for medication. I signed up for 3 month subscription (cheaper) which went through immediately but, again, the medication wouldnt go through on the exact same card. Back and forth for 3 weeks with no medication, bots accidentally disconnecting from chat, having the same conversation over and over with different people with the chat, started calling but got the same runaround. Cancelled everything. Then today, magically, my card worked again for them to charge for a 3-month subscription renewal. Which I had cancelled. The individual I spoke with couldnt find any charge from their system. I honestly feel this company potentially lost their relationship with whatever company they used to fill the medications (non payment to the pharmacy that did the compounding?) but continued to charge for the subscriptions. I feel like someone should shut this business down for good. They still have ads popping up all over social media to which I leave reviews and comments but they are always removed. Many of their ads have zero comments so I suppose they do this for everyone and just keep taking subscriptions fees without doing anything. Stay far away from this company. Total Scam.

  This is a scam! VERY misleading and they dont tell you if you qualify for medication until you have at least paid for a membership and then you might or might not qualify for medication, but mine never even gave me the option to find out after signing up and paying and no communication from them about qualifying for medication. You do an Entire questionnaire and it leads you to believe medication will be a part of the subscription but it is a customized meal plan. They tell you that you can cancel the membership for a refund anytime within the first 30 days with no questions asked. You cant actually cancel on the website or the app though. Says you have to call them or do an online chat with customer service (which isnt legal come 05/14/2025 per the *** click to cancel requirement) and you will never get connected with someone in the chat feature. It will say escalating your ticket and connecting you with a representative, but it never does.
