    I ordered the product to try I like it but last really long time and I never sign up for a repeat order on any thing till I know I like it. I contact them said it was already sent out and could not cancel. I did not give you permission to charge my account . Contacted them states they canceled future orders. email on how to return product and get refund no answer to two emails about the issue. Beware of ordering from this company.

    Bought this product back in April 2023, had a order number and everything...NEVER received the product so I had PayPal reimburse me. Thank Goodness I used PayPal otherwise it sounds like it would have been a fight to get my money back!************

    I bought the eye elixir one time and the purchase was great. I liked the product so I ordered it again and it was delivered, no problem. HOWEVER, I received another shipment again yesterday THAT I DID NOT ORDER. Im mad about it. I did not sign up for any subscription to receive the product on a regular basis. I hate companies that do that. They have lost me as a customer for life. I dont care how good their products are, I will never order from them again. EVER!

The returned instructions were sent for the unwanted products back for a refund. We can confirm that the subscription has been cancelled so will you not be receiving any further shipments and we have issued a refund you should receive a refund confirmation to the email used to place the order.     This is a fake and scam company. After trying to buy a product online, they continue to charge me for a subscription I did NOT make, and the customer service line is always busy and does not work. I will need to cancel my credit card because of this fraudulent activity and will be reporting them.

    Because I do not order beauty products online, I was surprised this company (aka mysimplebeauty.com) sought payment from PayPal for a recurring charge for product I did not order. With due diligence, I found two websites with the name "simple beauty," the first located in ****** and the other in ****, ***. ******* website provides a FAQ page which repeatedly states to call their **************** number for additional information. But, no phone number is provided. Upon searching the BBB website, a phone number is shown for Simple Beauty. However, the number is not answerable; only a continuous business signal is heard. Having found their email address, it is an undeliverable email address. I have since filed a dispute with PayPal. I tried to reach this company to amicably resolve this situation, to no avail. How they placed a charge for an alleged order I did not make, I'm unsure. Normally when an online order is placed, a company provides an email confirmation. None was received.

    We are sorry to hear that you had a less than stellar experience with us. According to our records we did find an order placed by someone with your same name back in February of 2023 on our Tru Alchemy site which was shipped and delivered without any issue.
    I understand that there may be some confusion as we changed our name from Simple Beauty to Tru Alchemy back in 2022 and Paypal still has us under Simple Beauty. The order in question was placed using Paypal on a subscription for 2 ( will not disclose product)  every two months. We do show a note on the most recent order shipped June 19th, 2023 stating that their was a dispute due to non receipt of the product but not due to fraud according to the tracking we see, this shows as being returned to sender by addressee on June 23rd, the day after it was shown as delivered on June 22nd, 2023. 
    As for the phone number not working, our old Simple Beauty number is simply forwarded to our new Tru Alchemy number. We tested this thoroughly and it is working on our end so we do apologize for any issues with trying to reach us. If you need to reach us you can use  the direct Tru Alchemy number here ************

    In the meantime we have cancelled the pending subscription so we will no longer attempt to charge the Paypal account on file and have refunded the June order that was returned to sender. Please reach out at the phone number above should you need any further assistance and once again we apologize for the issues
