I called the company a few times took pictures send it to them and they kept telling me its normal. The plaster was changing colors after two months, they realized that the plaster needed to be redone. I drain the water and they came and fix the plaster, but fixing the plaster. They left a lot of cracks, I have been calling the company and asking them to come and fix it and theyre not doing anything about it. I will attach pictures of what my pool looks like. I am hoping that with your assistant I could get through to the company and they could come fix what they have damaged when people look at my pool. It does not look like a brand new pool. It looks like a pool thats been sitting there for 15 years.

In September 5, 2020, I provided a deposit of $**** for a new pool construction. On January 1, 2021, I cancelled the agreement after the company failed to begin the project or return my calls. The permits were issued mid December of 2020. I didn't receive a response until I requested my agreement be cancelled. I eventually signed with a different company who managed draw the plans, obtain permits and begin the excavation process all within a couple months. I can provide a copy of the contract, documentation from the City of Anaheim and text messages upon requests.

**************** and Construction built my pool in 2018 and everything went fine. One of the pools lights stopped working and I've been calling and emailing them for almost a year now to come fix it as my pool is still under warranty. I've been told that they've contacted their warranty company and that someone will contact me, well I am still waiting for them to come fix it.

Business Response /* (1000, 15, 2022/10/13) */ I am pleased to say that I spoke directly with this valued client and immediately sent someone from warranty out to assess and resolve. We are pending confirmation it has been completed, but checking with the separate company that handles all warranty calls every couple of days. Our valued client will also confirm with me once it is complete.

Horrible customer service. I've had a water leak for over a year, and every time I call, they promise someone will come. Here we are, my warranty is about to expire and they have yet to fix the leak. I've been paying high dollars on my water bill, and during this Water drought I would imagine they would care enough about the situation, but nothing has been done.
