The abuse ***** is sexually abusive and exploitive to women. Ive been using their site since 2021 and theyre now saying they dont want to let me raise my rates from $1.65 to $1.99 just because I wasnt online for a couple months due to literally having a baby. They accused me of switching to just phone *** when my listing was both phone *** and cam girl. Theyre refusing to let me do my job.

Reading over the reviews I am seeing unhappy occurrences, and I wonder how it is that "managers" and rip offs are occurring. I can also attest to this, but that was due to my own naivety. I did come into niteflirt in 2009 thinking I was working for the company when in fact i was working for a "character". I had answered an ad. I was completely ripped off by the "flirt" at the end of the week, then threatened to be exposed by sharing all of my personal information with the callers/clients if I made any waves. I did call in and make a compaint. This employee of NF was banned (apparently this was not the first time it had happened). I learned how to do HTML and that this is a legit business. I was able to put myself through college, earn a BA and buy a home. So yes this is absolutely a real job. I have listed it as ENTERTAINMENT. I am back to it after stepping away and can say without a doubt that the company is legit. You are your own boss. You are responsible for making your own hours, set your own pay scale, pay your own taxes, do your own advertising, and make your own way. You are running your own business... and in doing so are responsible for your own success. If you are creative, can be very successful (and understand this is a business). You can make a great living at it. But be careful what you share about yourself, in todays world, this is a safe platform, stay within the platform. It will keep your information safe. Once you start sharing your personal information, you are on your own.

I second **************'s review. I would like to say that as an Phone *** Operator (PSO) I've told plenty of callers No, and cited the Terms of Service(TOS) or just said I wasn't comfortable with XYZ and it's been cool. That being said the site does allow bad customers to stick around and harass PSO's and ask for the breaking of the **** We report them and nothing happens. The site also has an outdated categorization system and has a wonky as f*** programing. Needs some serious overhauling and they just don't hire the people needed to do the work. On the positives they give PSO's a lot of control and ability to design their own listings and goodies. PSO's get to set their own rates.

I have been on the Niteflirt platform for a few years and what these trolls Destiny and ******* are saying are lies. Like any platform, NF has its issues but they absolutely do not force you to take certain types of calls nor do they force you to finish calls and stay online.Niteflirt does not allow ****** calls at all nor do they allow discussion of minors. They also do not force you to take calls or stay on the line nor do you come into an office and sit at a desk. These are lies. NF is a platform for people to own their own phone business. None of these people on the phones are employees of Niteflirt. Also, if they give clients free minutes for introductory calls, the flirts are still paid.BBB should remove those two responses that are either being confused with another company or they lying for some reason.

The negative feedbacks here are from people who are working for a 3rd party. It's the 3rd party who is treating them unfairly NOT Niteflirt.Niteflirt is a platform that allows you to be your own boss so you can sign up directly on their site www.niteflirt.com You do NOT have to work for a 3rd party that will treat you poorly and take most of your money.I've been on the site over 15 yrs and have loved it. I have been a speaker here for 9 years and have always been paid on time, staff is very pleasant to work with. Never had an issue that wasn't dealt with in a timely manner. Niteflirt is the best!

Only YOU make or break your business on **. Ive used this platform 15 years and have done extremely well. The biggest problem we have been faced with, is outside agencies using the ** platform, and NOT paying their employees, and then those employees come here and give ** a bad name/rating. So, disregard the negative written below, and become an independent business owner on **!!

I agree with some of these comments the staff is abusive and unjust and unethical. They dont want to pay at least they wouldnt pay me I was new to this business and was just giving it a try. I think I did well but they tried to act like I wasnt making any money which was not true. Then they fired me just so they didnt have to pay. Im looking into legal action because this is not unethical practice. The lady name is ******* and she is really a horrible person she treated me so bad. But the bottom line is they have not paid me the money Im owed. Money that I worked for and because Im far away they think they can get away with it

I've worked on this site since Sept. 2021, and it's a great platform for those who want to have control over their PSO business. Flexible scheduling is one of the biggest draws for me. I can log in when I want, any time of day or night. I'm not locked in. Want to spend the day with the fam? Log off and chill. Have nothing to do that day? Log in and work. Whatever, it's up to me.There is no manager or boss. You work for yourself and are only using the website as a platform to launch your business. Your commission is 70% of what you earn on calls, tributes (tips), PTVs (paid mail), and goodies (digital content). For chat, you earn 66 cents per volley (which adds up). Support is great about issues with pay, and they're HUGE about making sure you get what you earned. Any problem you have, they'll help you out. You can even get a letter if you have a need for proof of employment.Their TOS is the most restrictive, which I love. Almost all of my personal limits fall within it, so I have an easy excuse to reject customers asking for things I'm not comfortable with. There are no penalties for refusing to cater to a limit of mine. Even if my limits weren't in the **** I could still reject a customer.I can block customers for any reason. While they still have 7 days to leave a review, it's still good to know that I'll never have to talk to them again.They don't do much for flirts who have had a customer ask for something and then leave a revenge 1-star review when rejected. That is probably the biggest problem I have with this site. However, those 1-stars are mostly avoidable with good customer service. Just don't make them feel shame for asking for it, and they won't get mad. Be kind, even if you really want to slap their face.The only way to get "fired" or banned is by using the site for illegal activity or for repeatedly violating the **** So...if people were "fired" from there, then they were doing something seriously messed up.

I have worked here steady since ****. I make a good living, because I'm good at what I do. I work hard, and I don't whine like all the bellyachers below **** have always gotten paid, and treated very well. Again, I work hard.I honestly don't understand what issues these people have. You are not set to a schedule, you get direct deposit, and as long as you FOLLOW THE RULES that are clearly stated, you won't have an issue.If you s**** up, and do things you aren't supposed to do, that's when you'll lose your listing, which I never have.
