      Dear Trulia,I am writing to you with great concern about the presence of my private home information on your website. I have repeatedly sent you emails requesting that my home be removed from the website, but it's still present.As a homeowner, I value my privacy and do not appreciate my personal information being readily available to anyone who visits your website. I believe it's my right to decide where and how my property is listed.Your failure to act on my requests has caused me great distress, and I cannot stand for any breach of my privacy. Therefore, I am left with no option but to pursue legal action against your company. I have no choice but to file a civil lawsuit against Trulia for not respecting my privacy rights.I urge you to take this matter seriously and remove my home from your website immediately. It's imperative that you respect my privacy as a homeowner and protect my information from undesired exposure.I hope that you will respond positively to my demands, and I'm willing to work together with you towards finding an amicable resolution to this matter.       This individual recently contacted our Zillow Customer Support team for assistance. We strive to address customer requests as quickly as possible, in the order we receive them. Our support team has been in contact with this individual regarding their concerns (case# ********).

      Zillow and Trulia display property information to provide customers with transparent real estate information. We receive this information from public records gathered by a third-party data collector from local county records and from user-provided submissions. Our mission is to empower customers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate, and mortgages. For this reason, we do not remove property pages from Zillow. Our support team has provided this individual with instructions on how they can update the details displayed on the property page for their home, if needed.

      We consider this matter resolved. If this individual needs additional assistance, we encourage them to reply back to the initial email correspondence with our Customer Support team.

      As stated in our previous response, due to our mission to provide transparent real estate information, we do not remove public record property pages from Zillow or Trulia. There is no addition action or information we can provide regarding this request.
