      They just post a bunch of fake ads for apartments and rental houses. They take your information and send it to scammers. I made the mistake of creating an account and sent my information to about 6 places. None of which contacted me. Beware of this place.

      I had my property listed for sale. The adress was altered, but pictures of my property are posted. Whoever did this intentionally caused tge price to drop despite comps showing higher prices. I have reached out to zillow and asked them to remove the fictitious address and they have ignored ne. I have Rea he'd out to trulia with the same info and request and they have ignored me. I cannot sell my property because of what ****** and trivia are doing and have allowed.

      ****** who works in pasco county ******* should NEVER have been hired. What a rude woman. Dressed like she was homeless and because I showed up early she had me wait outside while some guy mowed and kicked up dirt all over me. Once I was allowed in it smelled so bad. It was dirty inside and out. The mold on the side of the house was going to be our problem not the landlord and rolled her eyes when I asked if it was ok to open the back door. Completely unprofessional! From her c*** car to her matching attitude. The really sad part is Im in law enforcement and have a perfect background and credit check. I was going to pay for the year up front but she wouldnt except that. Why? Most landlords would be very happy. The only reason I am looking to rent is because my seller backed out last minute on our closing. If you can request a different agent if you get her.

      Terrible! They get you to pay for a rental credit check and background check and never contact you back. The rentals they post aren't available as they state. Beware Trulia will scam you!
