    Okay , so I have 2 molecule pros, One molecule air and five molecule mini pluses... My problem is , one day I took my filter off of one of my pros and replaced it. The ** light was very bright and then my unit quit working. I tried contacting customer service and everything I was asking was not answered... other than I can buy a new unit or a used unit. If you look stuff up you will find that there's a major major major problem with the molecule pro which is $1,000 actually over a thousand. It Has a defect to where if you take the filter off it will cause the entire unit to just stop working. So now I got it pretty much a giant paperweight. They won't tell me if I can buy replacement parts to fix it myself because I am tech savvy. They didn't tell me what causes that to happen. !!!!As somebody who has spent thousands upon thousands . Granite it wasn't through molecule but they have an authorized dealer which is Amazon.!!! A lot of these problems happen exactly 2 years after their warranty. They know about the problem. They won't address the problem and they won't tell people about the problem . That way they can weigh the risks. For a unit that is over $1,000. I would expect this thing to be indestructible. I would expect it to be pretty much a tank. I love my units as somebody with lung problems. They definitely work but the company needs to address this problem before nobody else's buys them. Because I am going to make a ******* video to explain that this happens to the molecule pros very often. But like I said go to change the filter. The ** light lights up very, very bright and then it will not come back on no matter what you try to spin around the filter to make sure that the top of it is placed on it correctly. . My main complaint is they need to address this problem and they need to make it right to customers who have spent thousands and thousands of dollars, But as of now I'm done buying molecule. I'm not even buying their filters no more. Once these quit.

    Purchased 4 filters from this company since 2020 and recently received the new filter for my Air Pro on scheduled delivery. When I replaced the filter the Molekule Air Pro would not restart. I followed the instructions and the troubleshooting procedure and still no restart. Called customer service and went through the exact same procedure to no avail. ******** service agent said there was nothing they could do as the warranty had expired, 2 year factory warranty, and that the only thing they could offer was a new one at $812.00 or a refurbished one at I believe it was $518.00 but they didn't have any available and I see they have taken them off the website as of now. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to forward my call as a supervisor was not available but they would forward the info to a Leadership Team which hasn't responded other than repeating that I could buy one for $812.00. That was the same price available to everyone on a sale they were running. Deeply disappointed as I have 4 of these units and was expecting a little more customer service. I can't at this point even return it to be repaired as From what I have read they don't offer a repair service for their products. I feel very taken advantage of and would not recommend this company to anyone. ************** New York. P.S. My ******** Service ticket # was ******
