    On Friday morning, 9/13/24 reverse went out of the transmission, my daughter had to push the car so I could get turned around. I drove it back to Boutique Car Rental. The attendant said he would refund the $516.-- for the rental of the car. I contacted them cuz it still wasn't refunded. ******** said it would be 7 to 10 business days on 9/17/24. It still hasn't been refunded. They didn't have anymore car rentals, so I had to rent another car somewhere else.

    I would like to request a full refund for my ticket from ****** to Phoenix on Monday 11 July, confirmation 4B773 on Boutique Air Not all the bags on the flight would fit and the agent removed two bags at random, one of which belonged to an elderly women who lived very far from the airport and was visibly very upset because she said her husband had a couple of strokes the day before and she was trying to get home. So I volunteered to have them remove my bag that was already on the plane and was told the bag would be in Phoenix the next day and they would let me know when it arrived so that I didnt have to drive an hour in without the bag being there or the counter being open. I work **** hour shifts for work so I needed to know exactly when to get the bag. I have called multiple times, left messages and emails and no one calls me back, you arent able to call the Phoenix desk to ask for their hours and NO ONE WILL CALL BACK. Finally someone answered and said Id have to pick the bag ** in Phoenix at the counter she didnt know the hours of the counter and wouldnt let me talk to the Phoenix agent. I asked if they could mail me the bag or give it to another airline she said she didnt know and to call back, no one called me back and I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone since then. I finally made it to Phoenix airport when the counter was open and was able to get my bag back four days later. The manager tried to blame it on my bag, I told him the bag was originally on the flight and that was completely untrue. I have tried reaching the company multiple times and they dont respond. I would like a full refund for the ticket. $189 dollars. As someone in the aviation safely field, I encourage the BBB to investigate this business even if my claim doesnt go anywhere. They have so many poor safety reviews online that Im not sure they should even be operating. Thank you.
