1 star***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***I booked a car for a 5 day period between 10/10 and 10/15. I booked the car on or about 8/18. During that two month gap between booking and landing at the airport I received a notification that the car rental company utilized to furnish the car (Dollar) was not able to guarantee a car for me. This was followed up by a notification informing me that Dollar had confirmed the rental and that there was no worries. When I arrived at the airport to get my car, Dollar informed me that Wisecars had cancelled the contract (for which I had paid a down payment of $258.83 on the booking date). Thus there was no car available. I immediately contacted Wisecars and filed a ticket to ensure I would be refunded the down payment. I have followed up with them on a near daily basis to ensure they are tracking my money they have no stolen. They have assured me with messages they are doing so. It is now a month past the initial problem with no evidence of anything happening. This company is a joke and should not be permitted to do business. This is absurd and not right. Do yourself a favor and dont use them. Secondarily if you do and you receive any slightly questionable notification, immediately file a dispute with your credit card company and work on getting your money back because Wisecars will certainly not help you at all. They are a false and misleading company. I will never use them again and you should not either.Wisecars

1 starI planned ahead for a Hawaiian vacation and booked my car before rates got higher. A month prior to the trip I get a message from Wisecars that they can secure a car, this is AFTER they guaranteed a car. Now I'm stuck paying higher last minute rates and scrambling for a car. 1 starThe absolute worst-a total scam. I reserved a rental car in ****** for a cheap price. When I arrived, I was informed Wisecars had cancelled my voucher because I was an hour late. The rental car company, Clickrent, was happy to rebook us at over 3x the advertised price. Wisecars would not refund the $250 charged upon reservation, claiming I had not followed terms and ************* NOT USE-IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!Wisecars

1 starI wish I read these reviews before I booked a car with *************. Booked a car last week for a trip to **** and prepaid almost $200 to guarantee. Turns out the 3rd party rental co required an international driver license to book; otherwise I would have to say full overage. How do you make someone pre-pay without letting them know exactly the terms that you are agreeing to? This makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE PRICE! Since I already prepaid a portion, I had to go through with this. I have booked cars around the worlds and never experienced this. I called the company to get a refund at least of the prepaid amount and the 'customer service **** who is based in ****** basically talked over me the entire time insisting that I agreed to the terms and conditions upon prepayment. 1 starIts too bad I cant mark 0 stars.I rented a car using Wisecars as a proxy to Noleggiare in ********The price agreed was something like $1200 for a 2 week period, Including full coverage.I get to the rental kiosk and suddenly get charged $1900 in total . Stating something regarding Excess amount ******** and told to take it or leave it option.Its just not worth dealing with a 3rd party to get a rental ************** with rental company directly instead.I am extremely disappointed to the conclusion of a great vacation in ******Wisecars

1 starAbsolute nightmare. I reserved a car for a week and because I did not show up at my allowed time, my car was canceled. No notice of my cancelation. No emails, phone calls or texts. And the best part? No refund. You have to be there at the time they say or they give it away (even though youve rented it and PAID IN FULL for the week- try to make sense of that). So no refund is what theyre claiming. Based on what Im reading legal action may be the only way they stop scamming people.Wisecars

1 starTook my money and left me without a car.
I cannot be the 1st person that has had a flight delay in the history of travel. As soon as I found out I notified Wisecars. They responded through WhatsApp to contact Nü car directly. I did immediately. No answer. (This was over 18 hrs before I needed the vehicle). No answer after calking, voicemail, and emails. Called back WiseCars and they said, well I don't know what we can do. Company was closed by the time I landed. I had to rent another vehicle at the airport for double the amount. I emailed WiseCars again to be met with rude response of "you were a no-show". I explained and forwarded all me previous messages to them and Nücar. And they just responded with good luck getting lawyers involved. Do not EVER RENT FROM THEMWisecars

Thrifty said my reservation had been cancelled 5 days prior with no notice. And Wisecars hasn't even issued me a refund. 1 starI reserved an economy vehicle for 10am in *************** for $300 for a week. They switched the provider to ******. Nu Car is off site and you need to take a minibus. When we got there we were told they didn't have a economy vehicle, only electric! They couldn't tell us we're the recharge stations where. They said our reservation was at 12pm. It was 11:30 am the only vehicle they had was a Dodge Charger for $850! Talk about bait and switch. I will be reporting both Wise Car and Nu Cars for collusion using bait and switch tactics and not honoring my reservation to the ************************.Wisecars
